Absolutely THE BEST place to get lab work done!!!!! SO EFFICIENT!!!!! EASY CHECK IN.... VERY SHORT WAIT to be called back.....Professional!! Friendly!!
I'm currently sitting in the lobby of a "QUEST" Lab w/ a friend.....there are 8 people waiting....in the last 25 min., ONE PERSON WAS CALLED BACK!!!! ??♀️??♀️ ??? SMH..... VERY POORLY RUN CLINIC!!!!!
I am SO GRATEFUL for "MY" LABCORP (Apple Valley)!!!!!! I'll NEVER go anywhere else!!!!

Very clean lab receptionist kind respectful fast. Everyone here amazing thank you Ebony for helping me relax from my fear of needles I was waiting for the needle to hurt but she was done didn’t feel a thing

Absolutely the best experience getting my blood drawn hands down!! I was a walk in and expected to wait a bit but I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my name was called. I had Ebony today, and she was the absolute best. I didn't even feel her stick me, and she got my vein on the first try. Normally, my veins roll and give the techs problems. Ebony was so cheerful and pleasant!! I will come back here every single time if I can have her again!! I definitely recommend this labcorp!!!

Been sitting here an hour watched people coming in with no appointment go before me. And now there is 4 people ahead of me because they keep moving my paper work to the back of the pile. So frustrated...if I could give this a 1/4 ☆ I would have...1

Great first time experience at this Apple Valley location. The staff was pleasant & professional. Ebony was awesome and made check-in a breeze. Wait time was not bad at all. Definitely recommend this location.

My experience here is usually pretty good and fast, they do a good job. There is an older blonde lady, she seems kind of rude but its whatever, I don't miss any sleep over it. I went in this past Wednesday and had Ebony wait on me. She is a young lady with an amazing smile, and a truly bubbly personality. She made my experience here worth while, so much so I forgive her for being a Raiders fan.. haha go Chiefs.. Just a little humor. However, she is the one you want, because I did NOT even feel it when she stuck me. That is professional. Great job Ebony, hope to get you each time I go. Give this girl a raise.

Since COVID Medical in general has declined, I can't say the same of Lab Corp. I walked into a full waiting room, thinking I would be there for the next 2 hours I started to get a bit annoyed. Within 5 min of self check-in I was called and presented with my first medical test. By the time I was done there, they called me for the 2nd test I needed. When all was said and done I was inside LabCorp for less than 30 min, got every test I needed done and had good conversations with the staff. I can't remember a time I've been more pleased with a medical provider in the High Desert!

They move through the que pretty quickly. Check in is simple and efficient. The people are nice enough.

Honestly, I don't understand the negativity towards this place. They were quick, efficient, collected my piss and I went home. It's a place to get things done and leave. There are chairs and places to rest. You're fine to come here. They're not gonna bite.

This lab corp is really super not what other LABCorp are, the ladies working here are really really slow, they take their time to attend their clients/patients. Even when you have an appointment, the wait is horrible.

This location is ALWAYS over crowded. The waiting room is a pretty decent size yet they do not have enough chairs. There are always people hovering and standing around. Wait times are ridiculous. And the nurses need more pediatric training. The nurse we got to do blood work for my 1 1/2 year old daughter didn’t hit a vein right away & was digging the needle around in her arm waiting for blood to start draining. I was about to speak up when the other nurse helping said to draw the other arm. Also I don’t think they sanitize blood draw stations after each patient.

Unkind and unprofessional! Today I took my 2 year old daughter to get some blood work done, but the nurse, I don’t remember her name, she is Caucasian and wears glasses, was complaining that my daughter wasn’t wearing shoes, and that she had and attitude (just because she was crying because obviously it hurts her!!) she couldn’t find her vein. But still had the needle inside of her just moving it around. Never going back.
