Do not buy anything from this company. Ordered a hedgehog toy from this company online via EBay. Received notification item had been shipped. Then 3 days later, company said they received it back due to it being damaged during shipping. They offered to send me a different toy (since they claimed they didn’t have another one of the toy I ordered in stock) or give me my money back. I said I wanted my money back. Now the same toy I ordered from them is in stock, and instead of being roughly $16, they are selling it for $80. Sounds like price gouging to me.

Ordered my daughter a helmet for Christmas and order from them through Amazon. They shipped the helmet in a black plastic trash bag. You can imagine how well the bag will hold up to shipping. My daughter got home and the bag was ripped and she could see the helmet that she was suppose to get for Christmas. I called and was told they would send me a new one out or give me a refund. Look to another provider to avoid a company who does not value the products you order. I mean it is a helmet that is used to protect our children and should be treated with better care.

I ordered a helmet for my daughter for Christmas. This company shipped it in a black plastic trash bag. This bag not a shipping material did not hold up, so when it arrived my daughter could see her Christmas gift. A company that does not value the products you buy has issues. Looking at the reviews they have low shipping standards. Called and they said they would offer me a return/exchange as my daughter cried under bed. Showed little concern for the situation they caused.

Absolutely the best pet supply in the HD. Friendly and professional staff and If you ask a question they don't have the answer to they will find out for you! ( A rarity anymore!) I've been shopping there for 20 years. Gail and Kaylee are very knowledgeable! I am so happy that they flourished even after this crazy pandemic. Highly recommended!

Same story as everyone else. Ordered a cinch on Amazon that showed in stock. Shipping label was created the next day...5 days later still waiting for it to actually be shipped.

Not sure how this business is still operating - similar story to everyone else. Ordered a pair of horse skid boots from them on EBay. Item updated as shipped- per tracking today, it is out for delivery in Fairbanks, Alaska and I live in California. When I called, was told "per the shipping department, it was properly addressed and USPS must have miss-sorted the package." They told me this doesn't happen often but their EBay and FB reviews say otherwise. She then went on to tell me the item is currently out of stock but she will be getting more mid to next week. I asked for a refund and she did do that. The item is still showing as the seller having more than 10 available on EBay. Won't do business again - buyer beware. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered.

I placed a order for split reins from this seller, through Amazon, but never received them. Although I contacted Hooves and Paws, and requested Amazon’s help, I have heard nothing. I am very disappointed.

Stay very far from these crooks. If i could give a no star. I ordered something from them on Amazon. The usps tracking was created. They said it was shipped. It wasn't. They said waiting on a shipment. False cause they say they in stock on Amazon. What a bunch of liars and scam artists.

BEWARE!!!!! I placed an order with this company through Amazon and requested a return literally the next day and they ignored my request. I had to put in a complaint with this company and Amazon had to refund me. Very sketchy company. Be very careful ordering from them.

This company sucks. I received a pair of gloves that were ordered from them through a gift exchange. They were too small, so I contacted the company to exchange them. I was told to put them back into the package, write "refused" on it and take it to the post office. They also charge a $5.95 "repackaging cost". The gloves were fake suede, overpriced at $24, and I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place. I could just send them back, (but it would take less effort to throw them away) or pay $5.95 for gloves that I really don't want.Edit: So I sent the gloves back. A month later I had not heard anything, so I called. After a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to convince the person who answered the phone that I had indeed sent them back I was finally able to talk to the owner, Gail Nunn. She also told me that she didn't have any record of receiveing the gloves, perhaps it was another company of the same name. (Yeah , right) Luckily I had the cancelled check. At that point she couldn't deny it, so she sent me another pair, but I had requested a Mens' size, but they sent Womens', which were still too small. I called them and asked whether I could just choose something else on the site of similar value, but they refused. Elise, with whom I spoke, told me that they could only refund the original purchaser. Since it was purchased on a Facebook gift exchange, I didn't know the person who bought them, but Elise told me that she would talk to the purchaser. I called them back tonight, finally talking with the owner. She told me that they had refunded the purchaser, but had not talked to her. So the purchaser would get the refund, but would not know why. Then she hung up on me. When I tried to call back I got a generic answering machine message. This company is unbelievably unprofessional. They try to avoid paying return postage by telling customers to write "refused" on the opened package. This is fraud. Not surprising.I have contacted Amazon and filed a complaint against My Hooves and Paws. I would suggest that others do the same. Companies such as this one should not be allowed to do business on Amazon.
