Antonio (from the Inyokern location) is fantastic! We ran out of propane in the middle of a cold Thursday night, and he came first thing Friday morning to fill us up! We were brand-new customers, and we were overjoyed with the speed and quality of the service. Thank you, Antonio!

Been using there service for many years now. They are very reliable considering we are way out in the sticks of AV. Always clear on cost and accurate on the billing / scheduling. So much better than other local competitors, you know what I mean as I don't even have to say who.

I have been with Silver valley sence 2020. I came over from amerigas. I could not be happier. riendly service always. Manny my delivery driver reminds me of myself when I drove trucks for 30 years always friendly to customers no mater how your day is going. I have had propane for over 25 years and Silver valley is by fr my favorite company. thank you.

I've been using Silver Valley Propane since I purchased my home in 2021, and they have consistently been excellent to work with. They were the fastest in the High Desert to get propane to us after we moved in. Shasta has always been courteous and responsive whenever I’ve called, and I really appreciate how she keeps us informed when a driver is in the area. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and highly recommend their service

Customers call for a service, I am told it will be a 75 dollar since it not onyour delivery route. Even if they are around the corner . Poor customer service from from there office staff.Responding to ownerThe best thing your staff could’ve said is sorry Mr. your service is not in route. If you could give me 7 to 10 business days I can have somebody in your area and we can get you filled up. Have your staff learn that line. It May help.

I’ve had many barbecue tanks recertified in the past today I picked up my RV tank that was manufactured in Canada and did not have any US code for certifying the tank. I took it in and these guys took care of it really good the valve leaked the little bit just from age it’s from 1994. They did a fantastic job at reasonable prices, so for all the people who have reviewed this company and left bad review It was probably you all I can say it’s the same people and they do a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them in the future for my propane needs.

We've dealt with Silver Valley Propane for almost 6 years and everyone is pretty nice and professional always. The only feedback I'd like to give is I wish you'd deliver at least more than once a month especially since we live in the town you're located in...or at least lower the $75 fee. We'd be ordering more often instead of waiting until the next day you're out on the route. Some of us can only fill it when we absolutely need to and it isn't in our budget to spend an extra $75 just to get someone out here sooner. Just thought I'd comment on my experience in case you were interested in some of your customers feedback. Worse case, you can't do anything and best case you'll consider our situation. Thanks again :)
