More than this Staples, this review is for Stacey over at printing services and the rest of the folks that work at the printing services. I placed an online order for some flyers and messed up the layout. Stacey went above and beyond to fix it onsite without me having to go back to the computer where I had the files and re-do them. She showed empathy and great customer service. Thank you Stacey!

The team is always so helpful, professional, and just the most pleasant people. They’ve called me to let me know if they notice anything wrong with my order before finalizing it. I would give more stars if I could!

Me and my friend usually hangout and try the chairs in the back where the desk are and we were gunna eat a little snack we brought in to eat real quick while on the chairs and the manager shows up and tells us “what’s going on here” in a rude tone I know this isn’t a place to eat a snack or anything but we just got there to usually sit and look around and he told us “If your not here as customers then what if the other customers are wanting to buy the desk or chair” honestly I thought the whole experience was awkward and we do usually buy something from that staples multiple times and the atmosphere totally changed from calm and peaceful to feeling threatened to get kicked out from the store I understand the manager was doing his job but now I just feel uncomfortable going back to this staples

Levi was super friendly and helpful when I needed help sending a fax and making copies. They were super busy with some large orders yet still made sure to give good customer service. Made my day!

The 3 gentlemen who assisted me were all great. Very informative, patient and helpful. I wish I knew their names but they were working in the Apple Valley store on Jess Ranch on 2/9/2024 around 3:45-4pm.

Oh, I did just shop there last night. I found your people to be polite, helpful and extremely professional. I didn't realize the store was closing/closed until after I paid and was leaving. Then I felt terrible.
I even requested help 4-6 times, I even took a phone call and they let me mosey around at my slow pace and continue my shopping.
I asked several different people all Staples employees to assist me about different products. Probably about 4 to 6 times and they did help me.
One woman helped me with my questions I had about copy paper; helping me choose a different paper than the one I had in my cart and then helped me in putting those others back.
It was after I'd paid and was leaving that I'd realized that I'd obviously kept them from ending their shifts and/or put them behind somewhat on their closing up.
You have a fantastic crew and I wanted you to know that! Amazing people and I thank you for asking me about my shopping experience at your store.
If you are reading this review and considering shopping at this store you won't go wrong or regret going there. It's the store I pick when I need office supplies, snacks, children's art supplies and they just have a huge inventory of products. Plus you can get copies made, fax important documents and even purchase coffee and supplies for your office kitchen and lunch room. You can ask them when you get there what services they offer as they offer more services that I have room for in this review. Enjoy!

I was in the neighborhood. I thought I look for my eco food trays at this Staples since I saw them at another Staples that ran out of them. This Staples is smaller than the ones I've visited in the past. Anyway, I perused the inside perimeter before going to the aisle that had food trays. I didn't see anything that was desirable to my eyes. Hence, I said enough is enough lets get to the purpose of my visit. I walked to the aisle that had the food trays. Unfortunately, they did not have the ones I was looking for. They had the Rubbermaid brand though... these were almost double the price of the eco brand. No cigar and that's okay. I left without buying anything. This is the last time I would look for the eco brand. They just don't sell them anymore. Thank you anyway! Since I didn't buy anything, I didn't cross path with any staff, hence, I don't have any comments on them. The only reason why I gave them a 3 star is because they didn't carry the item I was looking for. It's just fair.

Wanted to give a shout out to Alex and Vanessa from this location of Staples. On Saturday evening we went to pick up the funeral programs we had printed at Staples for my mom's services. The website said they were open until 8 p.m. We were at the front door at 6:01 p.m. and they were closed. Alex explained to us the recently changed their hours and they now closed at 6 p.m. He asked what we needed, and we told him we were picking up a print order and he let us in and helped us. It turned out to be a blessing because on Sunday morning we noticed we had made an error on the programs, so we went back down to Staples right away and Vanessa in the print area helped us. Let me just say, she needs to be employee of the year. It was so busy, people at the Amazon return counter which she was also responsible for helping, people in line to be helped and people who were doing the self-printing who needed help. Vanessa was so nice and helpful to everyone; she was quick and efficient and made sure everyone got helped and had what they needed. She never lost her cool or acted like she was stressed out. I was feeling overwhelmed for her, but she held it together and handled it like a pro. She was able to do our print job for us and it was ready in 30 minutes which we appreciated since the funeral was on Monday morning. I hope someone at the store reads this and gives Alex and Vanessa kudos for helping us with what we needed so we were not stressed out in a stressful time. Both Alex and Vanessa are an asset to Staples. I feel they both went above and beyond to help us.
