I went in to buy a new phone, I was told I was not allowed to buy the phone without buying an accessory. The manager told me it's a "option" once I declined, she told me she would not sell it to me. Asked me to go to another store to buy the phone. Unprofessional, bait and switch practice's. Do not waste time doing business with this store, drive less than 5mins to another T-mobile, was in and out with my new phone with no issues.

I came in here a few days ago because my phone broke unexpectedly and I needed a new one. Yami and Britney were AMAZING, Yami is so incredibly knowledgeable and knows the best deals to ACTUALLY help her customers, Britney was patient and sweet, together as a team, they helped me greatly and took their time helping me, without me feeling rushed. These two are phenomenal and I had a wonderful experience not only getting a new phone, but also working with them! Give them a raise!

Just upgraded my daughter's iPhone to the 15. We came here because the Dale Evan's store didn't have the pink one. Super happy we did because the service we received from Lisa was top notch. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient to get us out the door in a timely manner.

So I went in to get my phone replaced the girl sent me to Best Buy because they "have a contract" with them and I drove to Best Buy to find out that contract is no longer available. I just wish she would've actually helped me because now I have to waste gas again for an issue T-Mobile should've fixed
