I came in to shop then Lexi told me I couldn't use the bathroom cus I'm Mexican. She then flicked me off and told me hail hitler and said I should leave. I had diarrhea and I had to use it real bad. Target can you please delete Miss piggy

Lexi a worker here at this target is very racist and needs to be fired asap! She said that this is America and that we shouldn't be speaking Spanish and that she hates Mexicans. There is a video of her saying these things and needs to be held accountable! The HR department here is covering up for her and lying on her behalf this is a hate crime and needs to be resolved asap!

I had recently participated in a toy drive for underprivileged children and/or young adults in our local communities. I sponsored 8 young adults between the ages of 17-20. Some of the gift ideas were mostly gift cards so here I am at Target to see what are available.Wall of gift cards has lots of options from sit down restaurants to fast food restaurants to shopping to movie theaters to Google Play to Play Station to Target and more. Please note there are NO Amazon gift cards available. Why would there be, right? That's okay.I ended up getting these gift cards... 4 $25 Target, 3 $25 AMC, 1 $25 Play Station, 9 $10 Subway, and 8 $10 Starbucks. Subway comes in 1 pack with 3 $10 so I got 3 packs. Starbucks come in 1 pack with 4 $10 so I got 2 packs. Total came out to be $370.00 which averages out to be $45 per young adult (I gave the extra $10 Subway to my daughter). Hope the shopping/movie and food/drink treat brings the young adults some good cheer this holiday season.Check-out was easy. Staff was friendly. Btw, Target no longer has the red gift envelopes for their gift cards. Thank you Target for your Gift Cards wall! Grateful for the massive options.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Screw Marcus and his power trip bc he's a team leader! So here's what earned this review: a group of 8-10 customers with myself had gathered before the store even opened to buy Disney Lorcana cards, the associate Cathy that let us in knew what we were there for and instructed us to keep the line we had formed outside, inside the store and to give the vendor space to work. Reasonable request, reasonable response. After patiently waiting over 90 minutes for the vendor, Marcus decides he's going to put on his big boy pants and exhort what little authority he has by changing the instructions that were given to us by the opening associate. This neckbeard Marcus decides that we can't ya know, line up in an orderly fashion (as we had) that we had to disperse and wait, when I asked a question about lining up, Marcus instructed the vendor to put the items in question away and that they would not be on sale today. No doubt Marcus pulled this power-play just so he and his friends could buy up the stock only to flip online. Marcus!

I went to go return an item first it was a regular guest service advocate he did not bother to help me and he immediately called his manager. Which I was whatever about but the manager was super rude she was tiny and Mexican. Refused to do my return "policing my return". I had the receipt and the item what am I gonna do with an item I have no use for. But this store extremely rude and the guest service desk so chaotic and dirty. They always say "make it right" but in that situation how did that manager or guest advocate make it right .

Initially this target was not my fav. I preferred the one on hwy 18. I had a negative experience when trying to return my VR headset I got from this particular location. They claimed the serial numbers did not match however they did not know that only 1 number on the box was suppose to match in which it did. I left the store crying because I was so embarrassed however after speaking to corporate, the manufacturer, and the store manager over the course of a few days, they corrected their error and apologized. Sadly it was a lesson needing to be learned at my expense but it help the store overall. The turning point was when I needed to return some unopened bags of diapers but I did not have the boxes to them. These diapers were on my baby registry and they were all target brand "up and up" diapers. I did not want a refund, just store credit to purchase larger sizes for my baby. After a bad experience on hwy 18 target, I brought them here and Emily and Jesus were beyond accommodating AND with a smile on their face. I did not feel singled out because it was a "ghetto" transaction but totally legitimate. Little things like this matter to me. And I appreciate them for having staff that is willing to listen and help. This is my neighborhood target and I'm proud to shop with them.

We went to this store today to buy a gift for a baby shower. The store was dirty with most sections in a state of disarray. We arrive to checkout and the girl, Andrea, had just sprayed the conveyer belt with disinfectant. My mom tells me to not put the baby clothes on the wet surface. This employee interrupts her to with, "it will be fine". My mom stated that she doesn't want the clothes for the newborn baby ruined. The girl continues to argue by telling us that we are wrong. I finally ask if she has a newborn baby and if she would put disinfectant on it. She proceeds to glare at both us. Her annoyed looks and attitude were extremely unwelcoming and rude. I have never experienced such awful customer service from a Target employee. She is a redhead with curly hair and around late twenties. I sure hope that she doesn't typically argue with customers and perhaps can take some of her irritation out on the disorganized store departments.

Was there earlier this morning with my two young daughters. Picked up some groceries and some play jewelry for my daughters senior pictures. At the self check out, a worker stood behind me stalking me like a hawk. Making sure I wasn't stealing anything. I was going to turn around and ask her what she wanted. She was a Latina like me, and she singled me out, out of the white people that were also there. She's forgetting that she works for us. And me spending my hard earned money is what pays her. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again! And I'll make sure to pass this info on to others.
