I love this coffee shop, so much better than the alternative on the other corner. Drinks are original, delicious! I use to take my teen daughters here alot. I miss it as I've moved from the area now n never found anything here that compares to The Grind. I only wish they sold online gift cards that I could email to my grandkids as they still live there.

I love almost everything about this place. The only negative would be price. But hey the alternative is starbucks which is just as expensive. But its much nicer if you want to sit and relax there. Could use a little menu expansion. But what they do have is really good.

I always go here to get my Seattle Freeze Frappuccino. Very good and very friendly. Today I went after work with my chihuahua as I have done several times. I also get a pupacchino for my Buddy. Today, after I ordered and went and sat in a chair to wait with my buddy in my arms as always the owner came up telling me she was the owner and unless my dog was a service dog, I could not have it in their. I explained I've always brought him in and no one said anything. She said it was state law. She was loud and rude. A customer has been lost. Why do they give pupachinnos? In response to Owner: Your response is even rude. You make no effort to respond to the fact your were rude. You assumed my dog was not a service dog. He is not a service dog, but you just came out very rude. I don't know if someone complained, but if that is why you came at me the way you did, you still lost a customer. It's not the employees who need retraining...it's you, the owner. My dog was in my arms and I get my drink, and my puppachino and I leave. I don't linger, but I never will service your place again. Even the markets let me take him in. I can't put him in a cart, but I can walk him on a chain, or carry him. You can't even ask me if he's a service dog by law. But, I will make it official since he is In some form my service dog. I take him with me because he keeps me company. I lost my husband in 2020 and my dog is my buddy. He has no more germs than a human.

This is a super quaint coffee place. The atmosphere is like stepping into one of those super fun cozy spots made by a home makeover show. It is really welcoming. There is adequate seating bith inside and outside. The staff is the key to making you feel welcomed in this wonderful space. The cheerful and helpful staff make your visit memorable. They make good coffee, too. They have a wide and varied coffee menu. I had a wicked good caramel macchiato. Foods range from the expected coffee place sweets to panini style sandwiches. I didn't have food, so check out other reviews for food and selection.Come once, and you'll become a regular.

the coffee was amazing and the croissant.the customer service was another thing terrible attitude with worker Carly. me and my friend had went outside to have our coffee with our kids and we tried to open one of the umbrellas on the table and all though it did open it flew off and almost hit my 1 yr old. she came out and didn’t once ask if we were okay. but had the ugliest attitude. if you’re going to be in customer service i suggest you smile i understand people have hard days but that has nothing to do with your customers.

I have been going here for over 14 years, and I always get the most amazing service. They have so many different drink choices. My favorite is the Aztec Mocha. They also serve great sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch.

The Grind is always welcoming. It's cozy inside and has seating outside to enjoy as well. The wait isn't long, even when busy.My favorite as of now has been a Cherry Chai Tea w/ oatmilk, hot or iced. It is delicious. I usually just do 2 pumps of cherry flavor so it doesn't overpower the Chai.
