Maddie was very patient and very very helpful with my return to Amazon. She took her time and did it for me . She showed me how to do my return since I had staples as a return store. I would give no stars if I could. Thursday Aug. 31st I called the store to get information about a live scan service for fingerprints. The automated message said the service is available mon-Fri until 4pm. It said to stay on the line if you had further questions so a waited to ask about fees and double check I didn’t need an appointment. It rang at least 20xs then someone picked up and immediately hung up. I decided to just go there so Friday, I live almost 30 minutes from the store so I arrived about 2:10, there was a bright orange note on the door that said sorry notary not available Fridays. I checked for any signs regarding live scans because there was at least 10 people in line and I didn’t want to wait if the service was not available. I finally got to the front and the girl told me they were short staffed so they stopped doing them for today but I could come back tomorrow! I was livid because “why no sign” and wasted time! I left and called the Victorville location and explained the situation. She assured me regardless of how busy they were the service would be available til 3:30. Because of traffic and the time wasted at the other location plus standing in another extremely long line it was 3:25 when it was finally my turn. The girl was so friendly and helpful and I apologized for coming so close to deadline but she assured me there wasn’t an issue and helped me get my service completed. She also said she didn’t think the other location was supposed to refuse the service. I decided to email the store in case their employees are doing things they aren’t supposed to. Well, today I got a response that said sorry for the miss understanding because of staffing issues (or something along those lines) we are doing the live scans from such and such time to 1:00pm and from 3-4pm and we have a sign on the door. Which was a flat out lie! They may have a sign now but they didn’t yesterday because, again I thoroughly checked. Also if that was the case why was I told they were done for the day and to come back tomorrow and not between 3-4!? Also when she told me to come back “tomorrow” if they aren’t doing the scans between 1-3 why wasn’t I told? What if I had returned today between 1-3? Would I have been turned away again! Don’t waste your time going here. I will definitely be checking to make sure the same owners aren’t for the Victorville location because even though they did amazing, I will not give my business to people who lie and don’t take customer service seriously.

Do not go to this UPS store, I put 4 stars because this store stole my moms bags. I was with my mom the day she was shipping her packages and the boxes were open. So the women at the front desk saw what was in the boxes and the packages never made it out to be delivered and these were expensive bags. I would not recommend bringing your packages here! They are not safe and when my mom went to ask about what happened to the packages, they treated her like an annoyance. Patronize at your own risk!

Amazing store and service! If you follow the ups and Amazon rules that are posted online and handed directly to you on their apps, it is a very easy and fast experience to return packages.

Was charged to ship an Amazon return back to Amazon. While paying the $30 for a box, the guy behind the counter was being really rude to a different customer trying to ship an item NDA. This location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Nice staff but seriously need to hire more people to work the desk. Only one person assisting customers and one other associate working on other things.. people are in a rush to do other things that we have to do.. tooooooo slow service just for a drop off

This place is absolutely terrible! I paid thousands of dollars to ship many items and they shipped it to the wrong location and expect me to go track it down instead of taking some pride in their work and resolveing the situation with some good old fashioned customer service. The manager here is an unpleasant human being.

Worst customer service ever. Came in for a notary and a 16 year old looking boy with brown curly hair whom claimed to be the manager refused a passport card as a formal form of ID claiming he needed a state ID. I checked UPS and it shows a passport card as an acceptable form of ID. I called back, he refused to give his name and hung up on me multiple times. You can call the number press 4 to even hear a passport card is accepted.Idk how you can be authorized to notary and not realize a passport is not only valid for this state, AS WELL, as all 49 others ???

I just renewed my mailbox again for another 6 months. I've been there 1 year so far. Every time I go in, I'm always greeted with big smiles. Interacting with the people who work there can change the rest of your day for the better. Sometimes, the store can be really busy, and the line can wrap around the inside. But the employees are very efficient and fast while not making mistakes. The line may look intimidating, but no worries, they'll have you out fast. That is unless you get stuck behind those 1 or 2 people that didn't box their stuff, or they need a box, AND they don't have a label or address written down and insist it's on their phone "wait a second, I know it's here in my email somewhere. You all know "that person." Nobody likes "that person, " so don't be "that person. " So yes, it's a great place to do business.
