Shout out to the cute gay guy (I wish I got his name) who helped me sort out my shipment mishap. It was kind of my fault because I should’ve considered how my name change could impact my shipping, but he was quick to rectify the situation anyway. I appreciate him greatly.

I had to drop off an amazon return. I wrote this review to Thank you for not charging me extra. In the past Amazon return instructions said it was free, I was charged extra for the tape and to print the label. I appreciate it not being charged.

I was expecting just place to be the FedEx but I was glad it turned out to be UPS and it was very helpful and close to home the attendant lady that served me a lady named Dawn was very polite and courteous she even wrapped my package with their wrapping tape even though I bought my own and she told me other things that I could get done at their office which made it very helpful for me to know if I wanted to come back again my price was way cheaper than mailing it at my local post office I will be glad to return but I only advise that all tendons put on a happy face and be as helpful and grateful as Dawn was because the lady in front at the desk before Dawn would not greet me nor saying be with you in a minute so I was thankful that Don called me over and service me as soon as the other customer left. People were going in and out coming quickly I was glad to see such fast service able to be done.

This is a good store. Drop off you Amazon returns and your UPS packages. Juat make sure to get them there early so they go out that day. They will give you a scan ticket for the package. They have some shipping supplies. You can get those supplies cheaper elsewhere. They do have boxes to have your mail and packages sent to if you arechaving issues. Only real issue with here is that they can get very busy and thevline can move slowly.

I've been coming for years. Just came in today to drop off a return and the young girl was so rude. She handed back my box and said she didn't need it. So I asked if she could just throw it out and she said no. I've never had that happen. What's wrong with throwing out a little box?

I use this store often for Amazon returns and Notary Services. They are fast and efficient. The Notary lady is knowledgeable and is thourough.

The lady that notarizes documents here sucks! Missed a few signatures and I still had to pay for her mistake. She couldn’t even waive the fee , that’s literally illegal ? this did happen a few weeks ago and I honestly should’ve filed a complaint.

Was kindly greeted by Brenda as soon as I walked in. She was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I came in to return a large item without original packaging and she provided the best solution at the best price.

Do not go this store. I have Amazon Free return with Amazon Prime with UPS store drop off. It said “UPS will pack, label, and ship your item for free” . But when I drop off my item, this UPS store charge $5 for print label and $1 for 6” long tape fee. Not sure why they do this.
