Jose was very helpful and patient assisting me with how to do my Amazon returns. I had several and wasn't sure how to return without original packaging. He took the time to explain emailing g the lable and packaging. He handled the situation with calmness, patience and was able to make the whole process stress free.

Went for notary services they were a good price and was really fast. Just be sure if your appointment says a later time than 5 they don't have a staff so make you're appointments for earlier.

This location is such a mess. I ordered prints online. The order was 17 hours late. It took me having to call the store to prompt the order to print. The cashier first told me to call back in a few hours when his manager was on-site, he doesn’t know where she stores orders. The manager argued I should’ve called yesterday. Why would I call when the website states I’ll receive an update once completed? This confirmation of completion never came, and the status remained the same on the order page. Meaning it was never opened yesterday. The cashier said the manager is the only one who prints things and she was too busy yesterday. I’m sorry, if there is a due date the expectation is the item will be ready. Are online orders not considered a customer or hold the same value as those physically standing in the store? The cashier asked me to email him of the PDFs I needed printed, even though I had already submitted online, proofed, and paid? Room for error here… but I sent with a detailed email and renamed my files so no mistakes could be made. Sent the items, he called me several times to confirm direction. This process took over an hour. Showed up and the prints were wrong. The manager didn’t seem to care the print was late, and offered to reprint the incorrect items. While she tried to fix the current print, all could’ve been avoided had they opened the original online order, printed, and had the items ready to go by the due date and time. At most how long does it take to print 50 copies? 10 minutes? Yet my order took almost 24 hours. Last time I will ever trust this location to print anything for business or personal. The lack or care and consideration was unforgivable.

Was told that couldn't ship in the box I've provided with no labels on them. Was told have to buy a bag. With an frustrated attitude its policy.

Great customer service from an employee named Brenda!! had tried to go to Walgreens for my passport picture and was met with rude employees and a minimum 20 mins wait time for the pictures just to print not to mention how long it took to actually be helped. Brenda was quick, helpful, and above all kind! You’ll save time and money and the headache by coming here!

Please train your employees better and for them not to assume, im sure UPS has standards, I went in today around 1:30pm on 8/12/2023 in regards to a missing package that I had shipped from this location on 6-27-23 the lady assumed I just dropped the package and left, I mentioned to the lady that the gentleman helping the customer on the other register was the one who assisted me and scanned my package to return back to the sender, while he was assisting the customer he looks back and says, “it wasn’t me, I know how to do my job” in a defensive tone of voice in front of maybe 8 customers, at no point during the conversation prior did I question his ability to “know how to do his job” that just tells me he has no accountability, anywho, issue not resolved, I’ll find my package that I shipped from this store one day,

There has been 3 occasion that my mail was NOT returned to Amazon, despite being scanned and receipt given. However since I don't keep my receipts that long, I'm screw with not being able to show proof. How do I know? Amazon would charge me as an "item not returned". Don't use this branch OR document like crazy. I would recommend keeping the receipt, wrote down what item it was and the person who took the transaction. This is ridiculous!

I use this UPS store location a lot. I have a mailbox and receive packages regularly. I have a small business, and I will use them for shipping to clients very soon. I've been using and observing customer service in this UPS store for a while. And I am very satisfied. I must give a special thanks to Brenda. She is always kind, efficient, and reliable. I am always assured when I walk into the store and see her there. I know that my transactions will be handled smoothly and properly. I developed a trust in this UPS store location because of Brenda. So I highly recommend this location.

This has to be the worst UPS store I have ever been too. They refused to take an Amazon package and argued that it had to be shipped back in a box when it was brought back in the box the way it was delivered. $4.50 to email a label absolutely ridiculous.

Carlos and his staff was AMAZing. I needed a few emails printed out, and I was in a time crunch. They had them ready as soon as I arrived. Place is clean and staff is Always friendly. Carlos will go out of his way to really make people feel welcome. I have lived here for several years and always come to this place.

Horrible customer service the manager Carlos was out Smoking and the employees on duty didn’t have an access code to get into the system to check emails. Then they Continued a Personal Conversation in front of me didn’t say how long the manger would take, I noticed him getting out of his white truck followed by a cloud of smoke he calmly walks in holds a conversations with the employees then sets my paper on the counter. Absolutely Rude service.
