I love getting my prints done at Walgreens, unfortunately the customer service they gave on Father's day night was incredibly slow and the ladies barely even acknowledged your existence. Do better guys.

I used to buy prescriptions from a different lady who worked there and she was always helpful and knowledgeable. So, this review is only for SAMUEL IN PHARMACY.That guy hates his job alot. But he hates his customers more. He gave grief to three people in line, in front of me. And then I was the fourth.I'm not mad, I'm just changing pharmacies. And I hope Samuel isn't mad either. But I do hope he changes careers. He's not really interesting in the helping people part of the job, or the being pleasant in public part. He'd be better at cleaning, or digging, or maybe swinging a hammer, or any other kind of physical job where he could work off the negative energy and let off steam toward objects rather than people.

Pharmacy wanted $3,100.00 dollars ($2,800.00 with Good RX) and Contor next strips $144.00 for the large box and $79.00 for the small box. Other Pharmacy are charging $365.00 for Lantus and $29.00 for the large box of Connor Next Stripes. Unless you have no concern for the amount of money you spend ... AVOID WALGREENS!!!

The line for the pharmacy is always long but that's the only hinderance. They have all the basics and the cashiers are great.

They suck. There is never anyone around to ring you up, usually 1 person for a long line. The pharmacy is the worst. Slowest service ever, there can be 2 cars in front at the drive thru and still have you sitting a minimum of 30 minutes. Usually nothing in stock, their early close hours are stupid. Had a newborn sick in pain and they had no care because they closed in an hour. Asked me to try again tomorrow. Going in store doesn't help the wait time

I've given this store chance after chance and this was my very last time I go back into that store all there employees are RUDE and if you dare ask a question they act like it's a bother to them!!!!

I have been a customer of this Walgreens for years,but today that has changed, I went there to talk to the pharmacist about a defective inhaler that gave me and the would not help me just wanted to use another of my prescriptions to fill it again, I told them I wanted to try it before I got charged again, and just like I thought it was just another defective inhaler that didn't work, needless to say I did try it it didn't work either now I don't even have the original one I left it there I was so upset the pharmacist said he didn't care if I reviewed him, so I will say they only care about billing you and they could care less about long time customers so I am done with them! Terrible pharmacist doesn't care about what is right and honest just how they can bill you more, and treat you really terrible in the process...no more Walgreens for me!

Absolutely no excuse for the grief and suffering this pharmacy creates for patients with absolutely no compassion. Surprised they don't have a bullet proof shield to protect themselves from the hostility they experience on a daily basis due to their lack of professionalism or ability to even fill prescriptions that are very necessary for people to survive. My husband is forced to detox from his medications every month no matter how much we try to prevent it. His unnecessary suffering is brutal and just cruel. Surprised they haven't been closed down yet.

There are some serious problems with the Walgreens Pharmacy at this location. I have been trying to sort it all out and get our medications for 2 weeks. First, we have three people in our family needing medications. All three of our doctors called the prescription into Walgreens. First I was told my sons medication had to be ordered and they claimed they did so that same day. I got an automated call saying it was ready, but when I got to the store I was told they did not have it and it would be filled in the next few days. It took another week to finally get it. Two weeks after my medications were sent to Walgreens I still could not get them filled. They claimed they never got them. My doctor said they were flat out lying and called them in again. Still nothing according to this Walgreens. So my doctor sent my prescription to Queens pharmacy and it was ready for me to pick up in less then 30 minutes. My husband has four prescriptions for medications he has to take. We checked with the doctor. He told us he sent them the prescriptions electronically twice. Still this Walgreens claims they do not have them. They claimed they have to send a request to the doctor. I got automated calles telling me the prescriptions had been filled but when I go to pick them up they tell me they are not ready and there is no order for the meds. Everytime I go to this Walgreens lately I have to wait around 45 minutes, whether it is inside or drive through, just to be told they are not ready to pick up. None of this makes any sense. Obviously the doctors are sending the prescription in. Walgreens is messing them up. They probably did fill my husbands prescriptions but they could not find them so they just gave me an excuse to get rid of me. On top of all of that, they have on multiple occasions closed the pharmacy hours before their normal closing time without any notice. Today I went to try again to sort out my husbands medication situation and there was a sign on the door stating the pharmacy was closed due to an emergency. All I can say is, if you live in this area and care about your health and the health of your loved ones, do not go to this pharmacy. You will probably be dead before you get your medications.

Friendly and very thorough. Went in to get my passport picture taken, prompt service, very professional and communicative. Definitely recommend this place.

Every time I go to get my daughters prescriptions filled refilled there's always an issue. When I came to pick up her prescription at 7:30 to find the pharmacy was closed with no postings sorry we closed early . When there normal hours are till 9 PM

I called beforehand to ask about their FedEx services and the woman and gentleman employees who helped were awesome!! They went above and beyond to answer my questions! Then when I came in right after, the same woman from on the phone was very courteous, helpful, nice, and made everything super easy! Thank you Miss Claudia Clark!!!!!

I just moved to the city and it's so irritating at this Walgreens I'm giving them the same information three times I don't know why it's not in their system I don't even get a call or a text to see if my prescription is ready ... Then when you call they don't even say hello they just always put you on hold then when you pull up to the window they leave you there for a minute before they can send to you I miss my Walgreens in my hometown very professional service in my hometown the people working at this Walgreen's must not like their job I'm going to switch Walgreens
