I picked up 4 prescriptions on the same day last month. 2 DEPAKOTE, IBUPROFEN, ACETAMINOPHEN & LYRICA. Today I called them all in with the refills they had and 2 were too early. Only one way that happens. Not the first time and i literally linded up my prescription sin Feb to point this out. The Rite Aid on Hwy 18 got closed and the Rite Aid at Jess Ranch Marketplace should be next. I KNOW CRIMINAL OR NEGLIGENCE WHEN I EXPERIENCE IT. For your FYI, Thank God I am not on Benzos or Opiates. 0 Stars Happy Refills

It frequently turns into two trips to pick up medications that were ordered at the same time. There frequently is a delay with no phone call letting me know. It's always a Rite Aid miscommunication with the insurance, the dr, or the pharmacy employees, leaving me stuck in the middle with no medication or making a second or even a third trip when one trip should have succeeded. The clerk today should have spoken with the pharmacist that was there and the one I had spoken with the day before. The clerk was more interested in arguing and interrupting me. The clerk also gave me the wrong information regarding my insurance when the pharmacist had already taken care of it. Again, miscommunication. This pharmacy seems to be chaotic and not enough employees. I think the pharmacists, for the most part, do a good job, but the clerks seem unhappy, unfriendly and have a poor attitude and don't always have accurate information.

Terrible customer service. I've been calling for 40 minutes and not one single person answers the phone in the pharmacy. I called a different location to see if they can help me out but unfortunately this location still would not answer the phone. I am now forced to go drive to this location just to see if my prescription is ready. Time to switch to Walgreens.

Needed a prescription filled quickly for my child. prescription was confirmed received by 10am. They could not give me a time that it would be ready and I had not heard from them all day so I called again a few minutes before 6. They told me yea it was ready but they're closing. I get here at their opening time the very next day and they are late to open. Terrible work ethic. If you serve customers at 8, you need to be here earlier to prepare for them.

Covid vaccinations are easy to schedule and receive. Thank you. The store is very clean with a nice layout and flow.

Today was the third or fourth time using the location to pick up my amazon package. EVERY single time I go in this store, the girls are mean, unfriendly and rude. The gentleman trying to assist me was not very knowledgeable in using the software to pickup packages- instead of helping, the girl told him to turn it off and reset it. When that didn't work, he called someone else to assist. They could not help either so the girl came back- I finally had enough as although all of the windows were down on my car my dog was waiting alone- to take 20 minutes for something that should take 5 tops- is unacceptable. I was also going to make a purchase- and changed my mind - I told them they could put the items back and the girl proceed to say EVEN MORE RUDE COMMENTS thinking I did not hear- Needless to say, I turned around to confront her and she couldn't even make eye contact! I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN! I am surprised that they have such HORRIBLE customer service in this day and age when stores are going out of business left and right. I will be telling EVERYONE I KNOW AND POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Today is aug 14, 2019 around 5:45 pm the Girl at the ice cream section was very rude and pushy. She rushed me to decide what I wanted and was very rude about me wanting a sample. Made us pay before selecting what ice cream we wanted, as if she thought we were going to steal them. Not my fault she's 20 years old and works at rite aid and hates her job

They are very expensive and rude. You will have to wait hours to be seen, even with an appointment. They are out to make money and will lie and trick you into spending hundred of dollars

Wellness card or Rite aid biggest scam yet . If you're on Medicare and have a Valid insurance like Blue shield (Caremore) . They won't give you a rebate of $25 dollars on your wellness card .if you transfer your prescription from another pharmacy Fine print on a coupon and they can't explain why ? So over 60 millions of Americans won't get this rebate if you're a senior /Disable .Stay away from Rite aid . Always short on staff to save labor dollars ..

They literally closed 10 minutes early and the girl was so rude about it when I told her that they weren't suppose to be closed yet and tried to say that there was only two people closing the store, how unprofessional they should hire more people to close at night then. Luckily there is other places to get medicine at night.

Made a appointment for a check up, went and signed in. (I had just made my payment the day before with only one payment left) was told that I had to pay $133 to see the dentist & wouldn't add to bill
