“First time at Bob’s Tire. Got tires and an alignment. Drove off, everything felt solid. Few days later the wheel was tilted maybe 2-3 degrees. Whatever, I called. They said “bring it back at 3pm.” Rolled in, no attitude, no paperwork drama. Dude fixed it in like 7 minutes, didn’t charge me, just “all good, see ya later.”
