This service has great prices compared to the rest of the market. What really sets it apart is the customer service. Sarai was such a great help, they explained units and rates simply. They clarified questions and was ensuring every step of the way.”
“My Mom has been with this storage facility long before it was ExtraSpace Storage. She had been receiving rate increase notices over time. The last notice in August was much higher, she wasn’t going to be able to afford it. So we went into the office & spoke with Robby for the first time. We explained our concern of the new rate increase. He reviewed her account & found that a Senior discount should have been applied. He said he would get those new rates approved & corrected to the right amounts. He also said he’d notify me by text when it was done. Sure enough that same day, he sent me a text notifying me that it was approved & corrected in her account. We are so happy. We appreciate the help & great customer service Robby gave. Hard to find these days.”
“I first found Wilson mini Storage when I did a search looking for car storage. I had already decided to go with one of their competitors for my storage unit but when I when I'm ready to store my car, they did not have that available at their facility. Thank heavens I did the search!
I immediately saw a review from somebody saying how great Wilson's mini Storage is and that their prices were less. I find their pricing to be competitive and fair, with enticing move-in specials.Their units are clean and all of them are drive-up. If you've ever rented a unit that you have to walk down a hall, going in and out, just to load and unload, it's not fun! It does have some benefits but in the end however, I believe that a drive-up unit is always the best!
In a world where customer service is becoming increasingly frustrating, Wilson's mini Storage hit pay dirt when they hired Bella. She's the manager there and so incredibly kind & competent at giving you your options as to what units you might need as well as taking you to the unit to let you see the space. She was clear when she explained the pricing and offered the rental insurance, which was so easy. I almost went elsewhere to get that, so glad I didn't! Not worth the hassle.
I initially rented a 10x10 and then when I was in the middle of my move I realized I needed more space. Bella was so accommodating.
I will be in the space for two or three years so I needed some room to move as I organized everything and made some things easily accessible.
She took us to a smaller, second unit and my friends unloaded there while we did the paperwork. And bonus, when I was charged it was all in one bill!
You can do monthly auto debit or you can pay online and you can pay a year in advance, which I was happy to hear.
I am incredibly happy with where I landed and if you're thinking of renting a storage space in the Auburn area don't hesitate to give them a call.

“Well beyond the 5 stars offered. The place is immaculately clean and organized, with proper, helpful signage allowing quick and efficient access. Prices are the best in the area, as well as the attentive, “can do” friendly, customer oriented experience as offered by the employees. Security is top notch. They keep a watchful eye out , and I have no concerns whatsoever with leaving sensitive data and expensive equipment in my storage locker. It’s the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen, by a long shot. Don’t even bother checking out another facility. Colfax Mini Storage does it right the first time. I’m stardust, so I know what I’m talking about when I make my claim that 5 stars in not enough. “ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO LIVE!! I can't believe how lucky I was to get my very first apartment which was a studio here at Drift wood. It is such a safe and quite complex. Huge beautiful pool that is deep so my bf's daughter loved being able to dive in it. Every single neighbor is friendly, giving, and keeps to themselves! The maintenance man, Ronald is always on it and Jackie who does the cleaning is super sweet and helpful! Lastly the manager Property manger Carol is amazing! She is kind, creates fun holiday themed actives where you can win prizes and wants to make sure you are happy!! I swear one day we will be back! (:”

She is such a sweet young lady that consistently goes above and beyond to make me feel seen and heard for all my needs, and there have been many needs that came from my family and I. “These people at Copper Knoll Mini Storage on Kemper Rd. In Auburn, Ca. 95603, have ALWAYS BEEN A LITTLE EXPENSIVE but are always ready to help. But their hours open during the week close their use at 7 pm, they need to be open later.”
“Our unit is big we've been there to long and it's time to move it out the late fee is $48 plus they make you pay for insuring your stuff through your billing statement so you have no choice almost seems like a dictator maneuver but we really like the gal who manages the place she's great”
