I have been with this storage for a while now overall, I think Kayla and now Kristina are probably the best storage managers that have loved working with. When Karen was there the only problem was her carrying dog around and having it in the office. But now the new storage manager Kristina, is amazing very friendly looks so well presentable and listens to you of your storage needs. I asked to downsize and without any hesitation, she took myname and phone number. she let me know there was a unit becoming vacant and I was please how she handle my transferred paperwork and ready for me to sign. Kristina is very pleasant and great customer service. I very pleased she came on board. Kristina thank you so very much,? office smells and looks great.

As the manager, I see and speak to so many people throughout the week. This area is simply incredible. I'm amazed at the community the previous manager of 18 years built around this place. And I look forward to seeing it grow!

What was supposed to be a short term storage situation ended up being a long term one. The upside of this situation was that my time renting from Aptos Security Storage was completely problem free. The owners/staff were always helpful and friendly, as well as having integrity with their business practices. I felt safe when I was there. My belongings came out in the same shape they went in. And it was a pleasure to work with a local business.
