I’ve been a BoA customer since 1974—shame on me!! It seems as if every BoA branch has issues. Besides their lack of staffing and the poor customer service problems I’ve experienced , this last episode takes the cake. I went to deposit checks in the ATM and the machine ate my card and would not return it. I went inside and was told they couldn’t access the machine and to call the 880# for a new card. To add insult to injury, I then spent 45’ on the phone to get a new card. Unbelievable!

I called they said they would be open till 4. I get there and their closed for an hour for lunch at 12pm. Yet I got there 10 min before 12 amd the doors were already closed. I hate bank of america, switching banks now

I had a problem with my check order. The incorrect type of checks were ordered when I brought my reorder slip in. I came in and had a bad experience with Alex F who was a relationship banker. Basically he said I was stuck with them. I went home and researched more and realized that yes indeed I could get the type of checks I wanted through B of A. So back I went and Karen Valles helped me. She also is a relationship banker. She not only ordered the correct checks, she put a rush on delivery and credited my acct for the wrong checks. I give her a 5 star review for taking the time to correct this problem, unfortunately the other two people I dealt with there get a much lower review.

This branch is NEVER busy (unlike the Watsonville one with lines out the door) and the staff are always friendly and remember your name. Kinda like Cheers.

Watsonville's branch was wayyyy to over crowded, I came to this branch and they completely changed my whole experience with bofa. In Watsonville it was going to take me 20-30 minutes to see a banker. In Aptos, I was literally in and out and completely satisfied ! The customer service was amazing and the teller was very attentive. This is now going to be my go to bank

Terrible service, always really slow. Constant ATM issues and they always say " oh don't use the left ATM it's always broken and never works" this is the 3rd time they've told me that . Never saying sorry or being apologetic about the constant issues.

Terrible service, and never changes. They treat me with suspicion when I try to withdraw $ from my savings account. I appreciate that they want to be sure it's actually me, but 3 forms of ID (2 with photos, including my CDL) were not enough. Had to call over a manager, get my signature, etc. Took longer that it should, never enough tellers, and people sitting at desks doing paperwork while the wait line grows longer. Called in today for information and got a recording that "all were busy," with the only option to leave my # for a call-back ~ then the phone system says "goodbye..." and hangs up. Swear I'd never walk into this place if it wasn't that my tenant's account was here. What a miserable place.

Terrible service. Went in to do a pin verification as their ATM ATE MY CARD, and I'm still waiting for a new card, and the lady refused me. I had told her that I had done that very thing at least 20 other times in that same branch. Even worse, the teller next to her literally did it for me the PREVIOUS day and said nothing as this lady sent me away with no money. Needless to say I'm never coming back here when I need customer service from a bank teller, sad since I live less than a mile from this location.
