All I can say is best customer service ever from Andrew. After speaking to several people on the phone who were not very eager to fix an issue I went into the Aptos branch and spoke with Andrew who helped me and went above and beyond to fix the issue instantly. 2 people had already told me it would be about week before my issue was resolved and he literally tried several different things and spent the time required to resolve this issue. Walking in I wanted to close my account and take my business elsewhere but after speaking to Andrew and seeing how eager he was to fix the issue I will most definitely stay a customer and hopefully no other issues will come about however if they do I feel confident knowing there is someone out there who cares and who will put in the time and work to resolve your issue! Thanks again Andrew you the man!!!

Open your doors at 8am like the rest of the world. People need access to their money. Opening at 10am on a wednesday and 9am every other day is dumbbbb. Close earlier if you have to. Get it together.

I have been with Bay Federal for over ten years and even have a home loan with them. Today, however, my credit card company notified me that they have yet to receive my monthly payment, which I schedule in advance through Bay Federal each month. When I called to rectify the situation, I was told that although I scheduled the payment well in advance, as I have done for years, they are not at fault as they have a three-day window to send payment. I acknowledged that this is covered when you set up the bill pay, and it accounts for any delay--thus allowing you to set payments in advance or around weekends to ensure you don't accrue penalty fees. Nonetheless, the rep insisted the error was my fault and declined any culpability. I am stunned. Customer service must not be important to them, though I am pleased that Chase acknowledged my payment history and was glad to remove their fee--and even suggested that I can easily avoid issues like this by scheduling payments through their app which will honor the day I assign the payment as long as it's arranged before (i think it was) 11pm. So grateful that Chase at least knows how to serve their customers. Now I just have to research who to transfer my home loan to. Feel free to chime in with suggestions, but my advice would be to avoid Bay Federal. SHM

Recently, I wanted to refinance my car through Bay Federal. I was helped by Drew Thomson and I found my go to guy for anything banking/finance related. Drew made the entire process so easy, quick and painless. He always took the time to answer any little questions or concerns I had and would explain the process of what was going on. Drew was extremely professional, thorough and thoughtful. I knew that Drew wanted to give me that best that he possibly could and I'm extremely grateful to him. I highly recommend that if you go to the Bay Federal in Aptos that you ask for Drew! You won't be disappointed!

I have a love/hate relationship with Bay Federal. Loved it for the past 25 years, but have hated it the last few months. I had two complete nonsensical support conversations which irked me. Most importantly though, they keep closing my branch in Aptos. I need a bank in Aptos and I cannot rely on Bay Federal anymore. I will have to switch to an "evil" mainstream bank.

I went in tonight to talk to a someone about a car loan and was matched up with Drew. He was absolutely wonderful! He walked me through the whole process and got me approved for a car loan in no time. It was awesome to have him through the whole process and I cannot thank him enough for the positive experience.

Best customer service experience I've had yet at a bank. Love everyone there. Great bank! Thanks for being a great local bank
