Do not bank here. It is the slowest bank ever and if you like to do online deposits, forget about it, they hold your money for far too long it’s been 12 days and still no money. I can’t even begin to express how frustrated I am, because I like to do all my banking in person, because they usually shows up the next day.But they finally talked me into doing it online and now me and my family are hungry. I don’t think all Chase banks act this way, but I would strongly recommend staying away from this one.

Richard at Chase Bank in Aptos is truly fantastic in assisting customers. I have been dealing with a hold on my account. After many conversations with Chase customer service I was frustrated. I went in the Aptos branch and Richard went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation. Richard is customer centric!

Ready to try a new bank? Give Chase in Aptos a chance if you want excellent customer service combined with simple low cost to free products. If possible, ask for the branch manager Richard to assist you in opening new accounts.You will not be disappointed!!! ⁷

I called 3 other Chase branches to ask some question about my safe deposit box and opening up a new account. Nobody picked up for the other branches but when I called this branch...someone answered within 2 rings, was very courteous, and answered all of my questions even though my safe deposit box is with a different branch. I definitely see why this is the highest rated branch in the area.

Cheated by Chase bank credit cards. They use to have a reasonable dispute office, but no more. We reserved a hotel and canceled before the stated cancellation date. They charged us anyway. I disputed it with Chase. I asked to send all the emails with the merchant proving my case, and was told to wait. Next contact Chase told me they decided in the merchants favor. I was told I could submit email evidence then. When they received a copy of all my emails with the hotel merchant proving I had contacted them within the cancellation period, Chase said I submitted it too late. I cut up my Chase credit card, suggest you do the same. 7 Comments

The current manager, Richard, is both very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. He is a very effective leader and a great role model as well. Janet, who has been there for the longest period, has similar attributes and who like Richard is very patient and an effective communicator.James , a very appreciative customer

I've been an Aptos Chase Customer since they took over the building from Security Pacific many years ago. Janet has been with Chase for as long as I can remember and she is great! Not enough can be said for her service at the counter. The rest of the staff are good too but Janet stands out and has for many years. Thank you Janet! btw - I'm a veteran and one of the Chase perks I like is a free safety deposit box for veterans. Nice touch.

Todd was amazing. He helped me set up my account. Ive had a really hard year and he helped me organize and give me information on to where and how i can get my credit fixed. He took the time to help me set up my online banking. They also squeezed me in to set up my account at the last min. Richard saw i was limited on time and he made that possible for me to make it happen. Thank you for helping me. The stress of not having an account is now off my shoulders.
