They're not a very inclusive pharmacy. If they don't know you, and you're a person if color, you are not well received. The second time I went there for a refill, I did so after receiving a text stating the script was ready. After making my 45 min drive, I'm told that something was wrong when the doctors office called in the refill and that I will need to go back to the office to get a hand script. I wasted an hour and a half and 50 dollars in gas for nothing. If they sent the text that the script was ready but found a problem, u would think they would call you back or send a text saying "problem with order". Complete waste of time and money. They definitely aren't looking for new customers.

I have been a customer at Frank’s Pharmacy for years and they are truly amazing!!!! Wonderful staff who know you by name. They will do anything and everything to help you out and no long lines like CVS and all the others. They also deliver for free, which I have used on occasion. Wonderful, local caring pharmacy. I would never go anywhere else.

While my wife is sick with Covid, the counter person at Frank's informs me that they don't carry Paxlovid. My wife's doctor perfomed a clinical assesment and prescribed Paxlovid. The doctor's office sent the presription to Frank's. We have been getting our medications from Frank's for many years. Very disappointing when your spouse is sick and a pharmacy you have used for years lets you down. This caused a day's delay in treatment for my wife. Naturally, we will take our business elsewhere. Note: Most of the staff has treated us well. When i look for a reason they do not carry Paxlovid, the logical one is that they are not rembursed quickly enough.

Very little to offer other than being a pharmacy. Went to get a knee brace as instructed by my Dr, was discouraged to see only one brand and one size. I get that this isn't often the reason why customers shop here, it was just underwhelming what was offered. Took about 15 min to check out and purchase with 2 customers ahead of me.

We had all of our big pharma prescriptions moved to Frank's Pharmacy at the recommendation of a friend. We couldn't be happier!! They're very kind and prompt. They're pharmacists are knowledgeable. It's also a great place to pick up basic med supplies and OTC meds plus they have gifts and cards!

One of the best Pharmacies around! Staff is super friendly, Pharmacists are super nice. This is a great home town pharmacy, that is very personable and always happy to explain medications. My husband and I get our yearly flu shots here. No appointment needed and wait time is no more than 10 minutes.
