“Modwalls is a retail seller of MCM mosaic tiles. Tiles are offered individually and in predesigned arrangements featuring various styles of glass, colors and shapes. Tiles can be used for interior and exterior for almost any application. I ordered a custom design which came on sticky plastic, rather than mesh. I found that some of the tiles easily moved and I was not able to remove the plastic until the thinset dried - making it impossible to clean the tiles right away! Not the best design. Modwalls staff is very friendly and helpful and offers all the instructions needed - but I did find some incorrect info with their tile installation guide - so do your research or use a professional. Prices are very good, I thought. Selection is limited, but if you like MCM, you'll probably find something lovely at Modwalls. I am happy with my final project.”

The shop is jam-packed with top-quality brands of plumbing fixtures and hardware. I identified myself to John and he pulled out the Emtek catalog. I knew what I wanted, so John proceeded item by item, double-checking that he understood what I wanted and writing down the needed model numbers and information. When we were done, John typed up the detailed order while I wandered around. While I was in the shop, Julia was helping another client select plumbing hardware. I could overhear them and Julia struck me as knowledgeable and helpful, aiming to help her customers find something they will love. When John was done with the write up for my order, he went over everything with me one more time to ensure he had the order correct. He asked if I wanted to place the order, which I did. He also gave me an anticipated timeline for the items to arrive.
