“The service is absolutely fantastic!!!!! My delivery person, Ricky, here in Santa Cruz, Ca. Was fabulous! We missed a small part of the order and I called him shortly after delivery. He made the effort to recheck what he had in the van and showed up shortly after with it. This was unexpected in today's environment! 5 stars for Ricky too!!!!! The wash and dry cleaning quality is top drawer! Highly recommended!”

“Seems really clean which is great. I am giving four stars because The dryers have set amounts that you have to use... so, you can't just add a quarter or two to get things really dry after tbe inital cycle. If your things are not dry enough you have to pay for the full cycle again...”

“Clean and pleasant place to do laundry. Can be busy on the weekends, but I have always been able to find a washer. The laundry attendant keeps the place clean and free of trash. There is WiFi available, and about 50% of the washers take credit/debit cards. None of the dryers take cards, so bring quarters if drying. Change machine on site.”
“Great spot, the place is a bit cramped,but they have a good amount of washers ranging from $3.50-$10.00 and they are all the speed queens brand. They have 2 whole walls of dryers at .25 cents and they dry very well. The staff is super friendly and parking isn't too bad.”
“This is my first time using a Laundromat so I don’t have much comparison but I can’t complain.it is on the smaller side and parking can be irritating. This Seems to have everything one might need such as soaps to purchase . I will say it’s very nice to see that they replaced the sink by the office , it desperately needed replacing. I frequently see the workers cleaning so that’s good (at least a few of them clean while I’m there) I had to come back to edit this post and wanted to say that the lady That wears the very big hoop earrings is so rude. I believe she has her cousin or her sister always here with her and whoever that is we’ll be outside vacuuming their car. The worker lady She never smiles looks always mean and scary and I noticed she never cleans. The soap is never filled and when they used to have paper towels, there was never no paper towels. I am seeing her the most and I come here on random days. I wish this other older very sweet lady could work all the time because I noticed she’s the hardest worker and actually helps keep up the place.”
“Best laundrymat EVER....IF they had a plug. I have been coming here for 8 years. Locally owned small biz. Security cameras are actually monitored. Business is cleaned nightly and is in a fun area to explore.
Bummer you can't charge your device while doing laundry. They use the Payrange app which amazing but sucks alot of juice because of its constant Bluetooth connection to all the machines. Would be nice if they had an outlet. I understand protecting against the homeless. But don't punish good customers in a n effort to subvert a small amount of people. You have no loitering signs posted. You guys know what to do. You need a plug!!! Lol.”

“I have been looking for a good laundromat to wash at since about 2018 in the SC area but always ended up going to the one on Mission road. Glad I found this laundromat. It's satisfying to see the washer machine actually fill up with water because at some laundromats I feel very insecure looking at my clothes being washed with barely any water. I will definitely come back to this laundromat in the near future and also refer people to it”
“This is the only laundromat I use, although I live in a different town. I like the layout, the big tables to fold at, the updated dryers that the owners have replaced since acquiring the business from the previous owner. The owners are kind and friendly, and there is a gentleman that comes in often to clean and sweep the floors. There’s a bathroom with a keypad you can get a code for via text, which is a huge bonus while doing laundry. Recently one of the biggest washers had an issue with not getting my clothes fully wet, so I filled out a form that the owners provide for faulty machines and they mailed me a check for the cost of the big machine I used. They are honest, good people. I will always use this laundromat until I move somewhere that has a washer and dryer haha. I also love how convenient it is being close by grocery, post office, library, and stores and restaurants. Thank you guys for being so great 😃”
“I'm finicky about coin laundromats. This place suits me best!
Only thing missing is a small sink to wash off hands, or rinse off soap drips, clean up spills etc. Or maybe even for a quick drink.

“I use this place every week and this time one of the machines didn’t dispense soap i put in, but I called their number and they got back to me really fast. They gave me a wash a new machine at no expense. Thanks !”
