I LOVE my Modwalls tiles. I just renovated two bathrooms with different colors and styles of Modwalls. Customer service was so helpful in sending samples, answering questions, and making sure that I had what I needed. I will always support small businesses and in this situation, I know that you can't find my tiles in any big box stores.

Modwalls will have my business forever. We ordered a set of custom Brio tiles to serve as our kitchen backsplash. The color selection process is pretty comprehensive so we were satisfied with the on-screen sample and placed an order moderate order. Modwalls immediately reached out to be sure we received a sample before final approval for the full order and shipped it free of charge. The sample arrived shortly later and looked great and we approved the order.
We hired a professional company to install the tile. They installed all of the tiles backwards - with the flat side facing the wall. Needless to say we had to order new tiles. They responded to my email asking for a new set of tiles within 20 minutes and were extremely graceful and genuinely kind in their response. The new order was prepared and just required my confirmation and that was it. Allyson was so helpful throughout the whole process. Customer service professionals deal with a lot, especially in custom design (sheesh) but she was friendly and professional right out of the gate.
TLDR - The tiles look fantastic when installed correctly, and the Modwalls team are absolutely wonderful to work with. Can’t recommend them enough, and their design tool is really fun too.

Modwalls is a retail seller of MCM mosaic tiles. Tiles are offered individually and in predesigned arrangements featuring various styles of glass, colors and shapes. Tiles can be used for interior and exterior for almost any application. I ordered a custom design which came on sticky plastic, rather than mesh. I found that some of the tiles easily moved and I was not able to remove the plastic until the thinset dried - making it impossible to clean the tiles right away! Not the best design. Modwalls staff is very friendly and helpful and offers all the instructions needed - but I did find some incorrect info with their tile installation guide - so do your research or use a professional. Prices are very good, I thought. Selection is limited, but if you like MCM, you'll probably find something lovely at Modwalls. I am happy with my final project.

Could not be happier with Modwalls. We love their tile, colors and quality (both matte and gloss are exquisite) but equally important, they are as invested in design aesthetic and committed to being a partner in the design process as we are - we appreciate their responsiveness, knowledge and expertise, and will always look to them for beautiful tile products and more than a vendor relationship.

I had high hopes with my backsplash project. They were very responsive and helpful but I got ghosted and that was *after* patiently waiting for my POC to arrive back at work after leave due to a family emergency. We had a few more coms upon her return then nothing. If this company is so single threaded like this, they need a better business strategy. The sample tiles were gorgeous but the customer service was not and therefore I cannot recommend this company. Because of my patience, many weeks were wasted waiting. I did reach out to someone else within the company and let them know I'd wait for my POC because I was told she'd be back "this week" etc. I'd rather have just been told that they can't do it vs stringing me along. Of course, each customer interaction is different so your mileage may vary.

After having problems ordering tile from Home Depot(held up by UPS due to damage and then returned to manufacturer without Home Depot being notified, three weeks of customer service dealings, and finally receiving), it gave me time to look casually online for other tile. Saw the Brio Glass tiles on Modwalls site and loved the look. Ordered some for the door frame. They shipped the day I ordered and where at my house in three days! Holy moly! Why hadn't I ordered before! I am now ordering more because the quality of their tiles beats the ones I got from Home Depot. Beautiful! Thanks for such a nice product.
