The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well kept, which is a definite plus for me. I would definitely refer anybody I know that needs or has storage removing needs.

Brad and the rest of the crew, including the lovable pups 🐶, here at Rob Roy’s Storage went above and beyond to get me in the moving truck that I needed, and I have zero doubt that they would do the same for you!!!

Rob Roy is an excellent storage facility. It is well-managed by staff who are always helpful and friendly. The owner, Tye Tyson, has made huge improvements in the business since purchasing it some years ago from some, let us say, flakey owners. The place is now clean, secure, well-lighted and a good solution to property storage needs--none of which was the case under previous ownership.

I don’t recommend storing here and this is why.While certain staff members here are probably excellent people and employees, I’m having a decidedly negative experience with this business.Due to a vulnerability in the structural design of the units, I recently experienced the theft and loss of some very valuable and specialized equipment while storing at this facility.I’ve informed staff of this. Most employees have genuinely cared and have expressed empathy that this has happened; however the owner of the company has not in any way.I spoke with him the morning after I found that this had happened, and he was the most unpleasant, defensive, avoidant, unapologetic and closed-hearted voice I’ve heard throughout my process with this.I’ve reached out since that time in optimism that he may be willing to soften some of the pain and loss of this experience in any way his business can, and he has met this with no reply.Due to the way I’ve been treated in response to the violation of my unit, I can only recommend against storing here or supporting this company in any way.

really nice place tucked away behind chp on the hillside surrounded by redwoods....The staff are very friendly and helpfull,they are also bilingual,spanish and english..pets are allowed leashed and there are bathroom facilities on the premisis..you can see various plants and lush landscaping..

Not too well known and not commercial, off the beaten path. Found a spot there in a last minute pinch. Great people run the place and pretty reasonably priced for the area. Would definitely recommend.

Don't go with these guys. They are pretty shady. I emailed them twice that i was moving out of my unit. Twice. I have both the emails to prove it, and i was payed up on my rent for my final month and they sent me to collections with a $525 bill! Not only was it shady to bill me, but the amount is unreasonable. They act friendly but at they end of the day don't trust them. Go with someone else. On a side note... the doors of their units have at least a one inch space under them and when i went to visit my unit i saw several mice scurrying around, including one that ran out from under my units door. Very disappointed snd frustrated with these guys especially after being a customer of theirs for over a year. Not the way you treat people.

Beyond the most friendly and helpful customer service we have experienced in a while! Made out out-of-town move so much less stressful. We happen to need another Uhaul and are going back! Easy & smooth pick-up & drop off. Fast paperwork and we’re on our way!

I also got hit with a hidden fee after being there for one month. Talked with the owner on the phone and he even increased my fee to pay an additional prorated day because the office was closed. I highly recommend finding somewhere else.

If you are renting a Uhaul GO HERE!!! They have outstanding customer service. Clean and welcoming office. They even have a couple friendly dogs that hang out at the office. Just a great place to be a customer
