Seascape Resort has always been a destination with amazing views and unforgettable beaches, but now that we spent a week there in a condo, we noticed how much the entire place needs a face-lift. Sorry ownership group, but the 90s were a while ago, and you need to invest in the property. The condos are mostly private, so I can't comment on those. Food is meh at best. Asked the Sanderlings waitress for a croissant and a cup of tea, "No, sorry we don't offer that." Times are changing, and so should the resort.Walkability: You can't wait to walk on the beach, but the only other walking destination is across the street to the shops and restaurants.

Easy access to the beach. There was plenty of space in the room.

I visit there and use the free pathway to the ocean. Not going to share that location. Sorry. I have never been a paying customerNearby activities: Check out the village host pizza or the grocery market. Try a loaf of francheezie bread at the deli. After 11am. That's when it's out the oven fresh. Will not disappoint. I can eat a loaf to myself plain it's that good. No bsht!

Customer service was excellent as were the grounds and facilities. Wonderfully appointed spaces for living...one night or a week! Unfortunately, we came during a storm so there were gardeners working away right outside the next morning. Will still stay again for an extended stay! Loved it!Rooms: Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Had a fireplace and double spa tub in the room. High ceilings and sliding doors provide a feeling of the wonderful beach views even in the room.

I went for the company retreat. It was very nice to be next to the beach. I went a day ealry so got to eat dinner by myself. Their white fish with white truff sauce was so good. Thebcater food for the event was great and the people who work thier are very friendly.Mom says next year need to take me there. Originally from the Bay, we miss the Pacfic ocean so much now being in the north east.

This hotel was exceptional! I came with a much larger group on business and the staff did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and felt like an apartment with its own kitchenette. The lobby and waiting area is roomy and has a large fire pit in the center. There is a restaurant with a bar located just on the other end of the lobby. The business meeting rooms were great as well with views of the ocean and ample space.

We stayed at Seascape for two nights. We were in a ground floor single bed room. For the most part everything was good. For us the big negatives were there was no privacy screen on the porch door, just blackout curtains. Being on the ground floor meant that people walking by could see directly in so we had to have the blackout shades fully drawn to have any privacy. Also, the screen door lock was quite loose. It would have been much more reassuring if they had a rod that you can place behind the door to prevent it from opening. On the positive side, the jacuzzi tub was nice and quite large. It also filled up quickly and stayed hot. It was also convenient to have dishware available. We walked down to the beach was which was about 10 minutes and that was great too.Overall a good stay.

So we went there for 33rd anniversary. Staff is very friendly very attentive and thoughtful. They asked why we were there said it was our anniversary by the time we got to our room there was a bottle of champagne thought that was high class. The only downside might be the layout to the bathroom in our suite which by the way they upgraded to a ocean view which is gorgeous. And the restaurant can do a little bit better with their food. The bartenders made very tasty drinks. Location is awesome we walked across to the shopping center had some good food there and meet some really nice people.

This is a wonderful resort by the beach with large very accommodating rooms. The entire staff was very attentive to our group and did everything to make our stay quite memorable. There are plenty of activities in the area and on-site.

Perfect seaside getaway. We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to make this our ‘go-to’ place. Beautiful beach with easy access. Sanderlings is so convenient and has the best view ever.

What a fantastic find! This hotel boasts a primo location, rooms that are as spacious and well kept, and a staff so friendly you'd think they invented the word "hospitality." I initially checked in for a business conference, but you can bet your bottom dollar it's now earned a prime spot on my personal "Must Return" list.?Nearby activities: Beach, hiking, surfing, bike trails.Walkability: Beach is a short walk, also stores and restaurants are also across the street.

First had to deal with fraud, as they use a third party. Then my daughter had a 17th birthday party here. They called the police because of noise? Even knowing upfront it was a party. Then charged us $550 for damage????? What they smoked some weed there? Are you kidding me. They refuse to return any calls or emails. So $1200 for a night, that was cut short due to 8-10 people playing music at 11pm. Your hotel is a joke, and super unethical. Guess it's all about charging as much as possible. Don't waste you time or money goi g to this overpriced, dated place they call a "resort" more like a high end Motel 6
