I had the pleasure of banking with Maria Garcia today, I set up a bank account (after switching banks) she helped me thoroughly and explained everything so I could understand which made me feel a lot better because she really took her time with me. Maria was very nice and personable:) I loved my experience with her and the bank itself was 10/10!

I have banked with Wells Fargo for decades. Usually there customer service has been fine. I went in to make a transaction I've made a 100 times, including recently. With 0 problems, ever. This time they refused to help me and were extremely snotty. They stated they are following a long standing policy. The only difference between this time, and every other time, is I'm now visibly disabled. I believe I was presumed to be a scammer. Horrible, degrading experience. Horrible bank.

Worst experience I've ever had. I would strongly recommend to anyone never to bank here. Some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with in my life, I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Please heed my warning, do not paint here.

This applies only to Wells Fargo in Aptos. They are wonderful. My experience with every other branch of Wells Fargo would lead me to conclude that they all stink but Aptos is different. Everyone knows that Wells Fargo charges too much for services and pays too little for capital. But the Aptos branch is so helpful that they make up for all of this.

This Wells Fargo bank Rocks! I was doing a liquidation sale their this summer and the people there were absolutely terrific. I believe the ones that took care of us was Alex and Kristen and they were absolutely great! I want to say if you need a bank that has their stuff together and is friendly and on top of it Go Here!

This is the worst bank ever in terms of professionalism and I want to especially give a bad review for Julie who works there. My aunt is dying of stage 4 cancer and is bedridden. She signed a power of attorney and it was notarized with witnesses. I went in and they didn't approve it because it was missing a line. That's fine. They gave me another form which I had notarized. I brought it back and Julie looks at it and the first thing she does is squint at it and tell me my aunt's signature and the notary were a copy not an original. I said no, this is the original. I mean who goes out and accuses me the first thing she does? From the get go she had a bad attitude as if I"m a criminal. I'm just trying to pay my aunt's bills so her power doesn't go out while she dies of cancer! I tell her I'm upset and want to talk to the manager (without even raising my voice) and she tells me to calm down, as if I'm dangerous. Then, they have the security guard stand by me while the manager snatches the signed power of attorney forms and won't return it to me!! She steps back like as if to not let me get it! That's my own property and it was on forms that THEY gave handed to me last time I was there. It does not belong to them and I didn't do anything illegal. I still don't have the forms back. They did call me later and reimbursed me for the cost of the notary but that only helps so much. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a bank or any place of business for that matter.

Thank You Wells Fargo! I'm writing another review since these folks have had some real issues lately on the Corporate level, but remember, individual employees are the ones we actually deal with. I had some issues with fees recently, and decided to close a credit card and pay off and close a business line of credit. I was hit with an annual fee & interest which made me seriously consider going to another bank. Thanks to Judith Y., I am staying with WF. She was very patient with me, and stayed on the phone with the main corporate office for about 45 minutes. She jumped through many hoops. She contacted me a couple days later to inform me that I was being refunded. This woman needs a raise. Thank you so much Judith! I came in fuming, and turns out it might of been my fault. I've always been with WF, but a few problems have accrued in recent years. Either way I walked in pretty mad and Laurisa and Andrew calmly dealt with me, problem was solved, probably my fault. my sincere apologies.

How anyone can put their money in this bank is beyond me. Not only did they get in trouble nationally but this local branch has got the be the worst EVER. Put your money in your mattress is better than this bank.

I started going here running deposits for my dad's local business almost 30 yrs ago and choose this branch to open my first bank account when I was 16 yo. You won't find more competent, caring and long-term employees who take time to get to know you than here at the Aptos Branch- Thank you!

The staff at this Wells Fargo Bank are fantastic!! I have been in the bank more then a dozen times since moving to Aptos. They are helpful, knowledgeable, always smiling, and solved my problem with ease. Thank You Wells Fargo for being a neighborhood partner..

They seem to be really nice, and I think this is a important job. (I like to do reception, clean, and& related jobs.) (Bilingual, met w/ challenges; however am really understanding.) I am so happy with this Branch. I just moved here from another state and was concerned when I had an issue. I was taken care of by a wonderful young lady named Anita Floria she really made me feel welcome and she took care of my issue. Very very happy with Wellsfargo and Anita at this branch.

My beloved bank. What has happened to you? Ever since you shipped Dave off to another branch you have become a cold, sterile place. You have changed....and not for the better. You now have crowd ropes, you have replaced all of the familiar tellers with new people from the banks you absorbed. I used to feel like I was among friends. Now I have to slide my check card into a monitor before you can help me. How can you call me by my name when I get to the window, but still require me to enter my i.d.? So impersonal now. Bring Dave back.
