99 Ranch was doing a promotion for online shopping, although I was really against the idea because consumers wouldn't be able to see the products physically, but I still gave it a shot since they had a $20 off $99 purchase. The Asian Pears that I bought were rotten half of the case, have been trying to reach out to their customer service but no one returned nor picked up the calls. Dishonesty is what I consider online shopping with 99 Ranch. No good.

You have to pack yourself. They don't have extra person to help with packing groceries ?

I love this 99 location. It is in the same plaza as Sunright. There is plenty of parking and even though it is busy, it is not as bad as the one in the mall. They have everything you need from simply grocery shopping to hot pot ingredients and sauces. Veggies are fresh and at decent prices. I like buying my hot pot meat here, they have plenty of options. Their staff is friendly and always willing to help. If I cannot find something, they literally take me where the product is (not just what aisle). They have plenty of open checkout lanes and the cashiers are always so nice. The store is clean, and it is not too cold in there.

Location is not common in US having a grocery store in a mall but in Asia, this is very common location for grocery store near a shopping mall. The stock in the store has a similar variety of products like the other 99 Ranch Stores. The layout is much more open than the regular 99 Ranch Market and it is clean and neat. The location in the Mall makes it more difficult to find the right parking places near by or else it may not be easy to get the purchased grocery back to the car if it is not parked near the right entrance to the grocery market. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will definitely ship there again when visiting the mall the next time.

Just like any other 99 Ranch stores but I think this locations has more meat options. This location also offers freshly made red bean cake that you can order, I believe it's around $5-$6 for 6 pieces. Also has bento rice bowls that are around $7.99 which is usually what I get if I am lazy to cook or bring as lunch to my work. Has a variety of produce and fruits.Staff's friendliness depends on their mood and your luck lol. Good luck~

Okay, no change, the price is expensive. If you look carefully, there are also cheap things. Competition is fierce now, which is good for consumers.

Good old trusty 99 ranch. Prices have increased over the years but if you're thinking of it, they probably have it
