Went to this store 30 min before closing , I found the perfect fit and size but the last one was on the mannequin. Employees didn't bother to try and help, they were too lazy to help. Terrible customer service.

Refused to let me try on a mannequin item although it was the last of its size. Did not give us an explanation as to why just that they could not take it off. Makes no sense as to why I would be unable to buy an item they’re selling??? Won’t be coming back to this location.

Great selection in store compared to other A&F stores. They also have a larger sale section to browse, took two rooms the last time I went by. The fitting room is a bit confusing since there’s so defined exit/entrance so some people leave unwanted clothes in the room.

Great products, but the check-out line was long and took a long time to pay.

Talk about being racially profiled. Surprised? Not really. I went into the store today with my girl. She wanted to try a dress on a size extra small, but the only model available was the one on the mannequin. There was other sizes in this model available, but my girl is not medium or large. I asked an associate to allow us to try the size on the mannequin and we could either buy it there or order online. She then went to her manager Tory, and asked if she could remove the dress from the mannequin. Tory told her no and the associate came back to tell us that this was the last model available and could not remove it. I asked to talk to her manager, as a size trial should be allowed anywhere for a buying customer. Tory mentioned that she could not remove it because this is part of their bridal line and this store is one of the few offering it. I asked again to try the size as I could try to buy online or in another store. She restated that she could not remove it because it was the last model in that size. I told her, that it was the exact reason my girl wanted to try it on before purchasing. She then said I wouldn’t even be able to buy it, online or in any other store. I told her I still wanted to try it, she said still? She walked away and promptly removed the dress from the mannequin. When she handed us the dress she said, I will need this right back when you’re done trying it. I said I knew that, and asked for her name and her DM’s name. The level of laziness and disrespect was, though expected, disappointing. You shouldn’t judge anyone for how they look, dress, or how often they walk into your shop. I also understand, that sometimes people are busy, but on a slow Wednesday afternoon is not understandable. I don’t understand laziness or poor salesman behavior from a Manager.Tory mentioned that her DM’s name was Zulema de La Torre. Zulema, I would have a talk with the leadership team on this location about proper customer service. We helped ourselves inside the fitting rooms as there was no one available to help us. The fitting rooms where dirty. The passive aggressive and flat out rude/ lazy behavior from Tory was unacceptable. If this was an attempt at a launch to a “bridal line”, very underwhelming. Why attempt to launch or display anything that’s not available for trial or purchase? Do your employees know they work retail? Do they know they are there to sale? Or do they still think they are “Models”??Additionally, the lose tiles on the entry way are an extreme safety hazard. Have a serious look at this location before you end up with a lawsuit for one reason or another. Thanks for being a convenient, yet not good or friendly, place to return online purchases.

Purchased an oversized hoodie, cashier had trouble removing sensor from my hoodie. They proceeded to “go use the sensor remover elsewhere” , after 5 mins of waiting , girl finally came all sus with my hoodie already folded and placed in my bag. Before laundry my gf noticed there was a big hole behind the neck area where they place their sensors. Looks like they forced sensor off. Very poor service. Could have notified me to grab another hoodie from rack if they had damaged my hoodie.

Lots of great clothes that range from casual to a little more dressy. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find items in your size here due to clothes not being in any particular order.

Terrible customer service, no customers in the store but you practically have to search for people to help. The workers are clueless and clearly could care less. The two girls just stood around having personal conversations even after we asked for a size. She was literally holding it in her hand while chatting with a coworker, I had to go up to her and get it since we were waiting in the fitting room for another size. I wouldn't go back and they should find a job they care about.

Came in to pick up order. The girl at register gave the guy (Paul?) the wrong name after asking him to pull when he walked away 5 steps to get another order. He didn't come back, kept walking, received wrong bag and then waited for my actual order. They may have time to waste but a lot of us don't. They need to work on customer service

Amazing service!! The workers over there are actually really nice and very friendly! All the clothes are very expensive but the store is really clean too. I definitely will come back and go shopping here again when I'm in Arcadia! Thank you all so much for everything! Five stars is my actual total rating!!

They have decent quality for the right price. Finally, there's another store at the mall that has sizes that actually fit me. A medium fits like a medium and not like an extra large. Their customer service is top notch, both in store and through their online presence. The employees seem to enjoy their days here more than other retail stores.

Wow....after reading the reviews I have to share my experience. It was Horrible! I refuse to go back & spend money here. Customer service is *I don't even know what word to use* terrible. When I shop....I SHOP $$$$.The first time I shopped at Abercrombie I walked in because I liked an outfit from the display. The store wasn't too busy & everything seemed pretty organized. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I found a jumpsuit that I liked, but couldn't find my size. I asked an associate if she could order it online & she did. It took longer than I thought it would, but I was happy to be getting it. I found more dresses that I liked and decided to buy them. For some reason even though the store wasn't busy there was still a line. I waited for more than 10 minutes. Some lady was having issues with her transactions (not sure if she was buying or returning). The staff was not too friendly. I paid for my stuff and left. I thought it was okay.Fast forward to my jumpsuit being delivered at home....I was so excited to finally have this jumpsuit (silky material) & OMG. Quality was horrible. It was damaged from one side & there was no way to fix it & to top it off....it was missing the belt it was supposed to come with. I literally paid full price (& y'all know this store isn't cheap) over $100. I couldn't believe it was actually sent to a customer like this. I went to the store and returned it. They did have one that was my size (maybe someone returned it) at the store, but it looked like it was worn & missing the belt too! I was not going to pay for something that was damaged. No thank you. I was very disappointed. This time the staff was a little less friendly.I decided to give it another chance....so I go back a few 1weeks later. It was around the holidays. I bought a dress, original price over $100, but was on sale (no less than $80). I didn't try it on at the store because the line for the fitting room was crazy. I went home & tried it on, but it was too small.Ok here comes the good part. Y'all won't believe what happened next. I don't know if it's really a thing or it's just this store, but I had NEVER heard of this or even have this happen to me anywhere else.I went to the store to EXCHANGE it....not even to get a refund. Just a simple exchange to a bigger size. I get there, walk in, grab the size that I need, get in line, I'm finally next....& I tell the girl, "Hi, I would like to exchange this to a bigger size, please. Here it is." She said it wasn't a problem and that she would be able to help. She takes my receipt & starts scanning....then she says, "your balance is $$." I was confused. I asked her what she meant because I was just exchanging the same item to a bigger size. She tells me that I bought the dress when it was on sale & it no longer was on sale so I had to pay full price now!! Like WHAT!! How does that make any sense?? I told her I wasn't paying full price and that I just wanted a bigger size so what was the issue. She repeats the same thing & asks me if anyone had told me this before. Like hello, OBVIOUSLY NOT!! If they had I wouldn't be shopping at this store. What type of policy is this. She then says she'll go grab her manager. Manager comes (she was not friendly....at all) & repeats what the girl said. I told her I was never informed of such policy & that I've never even heard of this. It's so ridiculous....up to this day I don't understand it (it makes 0 sense). The manager looked annoyed & said they would make an exception this one time. She also mentioned she was adding a note to my account so that next time they would know I was informed of this policy & wouldn't honor the sale price if I exchanged. Like I'm going to go shopping there again....no way! The way she was talking to me I would've just returned it and asked for my money back, but I liked that damn dress (Lol). She walked away
