I went on a Sunday so the store was relatively busy (mind you, I haven’t been to this mall in years and dreaded going in on a Sunday). Castro happened to help me. Probably one of the nicest managers I’ve met. Took some time to get my returns squared away but she was so helpful and patient.

Walked in on a very very slow day and the two workers are just chatting away behind the registers. Didn’t once greet or acknowledge anyone in the room. Glad the store looks good but decided to spend nothing on poor service

Horrible everything!! I called first before showing up and was told by Fernando that I can get a gift card for my return based on the outlet sale price. Now when I show up, some chick offers me a gift card (2nd employee to offer it)and then changes her mind to say I can’t get one. so not 1 person f’d up it was 2 in a row. then when I asked her for corporates number, that # says they’re not corporate, They’re just online customer service and they can’t do anything about it either. That’s three adidas employees who has wasted my time & could care less. She probably never even went to the back to actually speak to a manager. This store sucks, and there selection is trash.

Walked in on a Saturday night. My son was trying on two pairs of shoes. There was one male hispanic worker that killed our experience by having a passive aggressive demeanor. We barely tried on the shoes and still deciding if we wanted it or not. and already, that worker was asking if he could take it back... like what was the rush for? The store was slow and it was only 6pm. Stupid.

I came today to pick up an order. The online page says they open at 10:00AM so I came at that time, we'll the blonde lady inside told me they open at 11:00AM, whatttt??????? Then why do they put 10 in their website?

Horrible exchange and return policy. Unable to exchange an item that was not worn for a bigger size. You are better off buying from Nordstrom as the prices are the same.

I bought a shoes in Glendale CA and than return it to SAnta anita store. (Store #6566).The store in Santa Anita refund the shoes but not the tax. The employee name Castro & Abby said it will appear on my credit card. However it was bullshit.I have to back and forth to get my tax refund that I am entitled.Very bad customer service. I wish the company will review again this store

Rude and low education staff at this store. Especially the Asian skinnier, lady staff with long hair, acne and darker skin should send her back to school for more training on how to serve customers in proper manner. Incredible rude....!!

Worst employee ever! The asian lady staff with darker acne prone skin is pretty rude!! She should be sent to school for proper training. Please keep your bad attitude at home not at working place.
