I frequently visit this Aldo branch for their high-quality shoe care products, I particularly like the Cleanse Nettoie wipes. If you're sensitive to a vinegar-like scent, be cautious as it can be strong. However, its very efficient in keeping shoes looking brand new.During my recent visit, I asked about the Retrospec sneakers in size 7 but unfortunately, they didn't have my size in stock. Ari, a staff member who has helped me before, graciously offered to facilitate an online order. She had previously assisted me with my messenger bag purchase and introduced me to the affordable Aldo Leather Conditioner, an effective alternative to the pricier Alden Leather Defender which I usually use for my leather products. On her advice, I also tried the Shoe Shine brush for my bag, which was I felt was much better because my current brush had rough bristles which I was worried could damage my bag.The customer service here consistently impresses me, with commendable contributions from other staff members I've met before like Gio and Sam. To my pleasant surprise, I discovered that Ari is the assistant store manager. I thought she was part of the floor sales but her customer service underscores the hands-on leadership at this location. Similarly, I observed the store manager, Chris, actively engaging in store maintenance, which speaks to the collaborative vibe of this particular store, setting it apart from other Aldo outlets I've visited in the past.I look forward to returning for more shoe care products and hope to find a broader selection in my size next time.

I am extremely let down because I had hoped that my daughter's first time buying high heels would be an enjoyable experience as my daughter intended to purchase some prom shoes, however, the workers present at that time were unpleasant, displaying rudeness, passiveness, and confusion when asked for sizes. The quality of customer service provided was disappointing and I have never encountered such substandard service. During my attempt to make payment, the woman in charge declined to activate the Apple Pay option for me to scan with my phone. I tried using my card instead but she grabbed the card reader and appeared bothered when I alerted her to the malfunctioning machine. I tried using my card, but when I tried to insert it into the card reader, the cashier snatched the machine away from me. She seemed irritated and acted as if my informing her that the machine was not working was a nuisance. After requesting us to exit, she claimed that my card had been declined, although it had not been processed. She neglected to process the payment. When I inquired about her name, she only responded with "guess." I questioned whether this was her standard approach with customers, and she stated that it was with "some" of them. Afterward, she contacted security and demanded that I exit the store. She then took the other staff member to the back and instructed her on how to respond, claiming that I was insisting. However, I had simply informed her that the payment machine wasn't working for me. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and request that corporate review the video footage.

Place is so bad for returns. Manger was so rude and I had to come 3 times and still was not able to issue my return. The manager has no manners and is horrible at customer service it was like I needed to beg her to issue my return. In addition, the website is so bad when I want to issue a return the link dosent work. Aldo and especially this store is so terrible.

First off, I love aldo and I have been a loyal customer to this specific location because of their amazing and helpful staff. I was always greeted and treated so well by the girls. I recently visited the store and was completely mind blown by the lack of professionalism and customer service. When asked if they had a shoe my size, one of the girls working (had never seen her before) just scanned the shoe and told me they didn't carry my size. I'm not sure if this new scanning service is new but it has never been done to me. The girls would go to the back and if they didn't have the shoe I asked for, they would bring out something similar. This girl was not even trying to help me find something like what I was looking for. I decided to give the store one more chance and go again in hopes to find a different staff but it was the same person and the same issue. Never coming to this location again

please find a new manager for this location! the manager didn't want to process my return because it would put her location at negative. A reason that isn't my concern at all and has nothing to do with me as a customer. I got a birthday gift, I didn't like the color of the boots. They were never worn, I have the receipt and everything. She didn't even try to process my return because they had met their "return limit" for today . Asked me to come back tomorrow For her to Do the return!!!!?!!! Why are you going to have me come again

I've visited this location multiple times and had great experiences. Unfortunately this last time I needed to process a return on a pair of shoes, and was assisted by one of the so called managers (Dina), And just to make sure I have the right person, she had blonde hair and glasses. To make a long story short, Dina made my return experience in this location a nightmare. I understand in retail and in management we never want to take a hit on a return. However, Dina was extremely unhelpful locating my receipt, told me I was past my 60 day return when in reality I was not, but waited for me to individually count my days to confirm. I work in retail AND management as well, and a company will always provide resources and tools to use to be able to assist there employees and customers. Dina did not attempt to lift a finger to provide clarification or help (or at least did not even seem like she tried). She just did her very best to avoid a return

2nd PART: When I call customer service the representative says she's not able to cancel my order because it's a store purchase and doesn't know why they told me to call customer service. She mentions sales associates know this and they should be able to process a refund or exchange for me in store. I go BACK to the store and the girl wasn't working that day so her coworker had to help me. I tell her everything that's happened and what customer service said. She tells me I have to call customer service and get them to send an email approving a refund **SERIOUSLY??** By this time, I'm ANNOYED because I'm dealing with incompetent people. I call customer service and tell them what's going on. The rep tells me she has sent the email and they can process the refund now....FINALLY. WRONG!! When the girl at the store is processing the refund she asks if I have the card with me. I don't soooo she says she won't be able to refund me unless I have the card. OMG! my patience by this time was hanging on by a thread. I ask if I can just exchange it instead of a refund and reorder the boots. She says she can do that. Before she finished the transaction, I asked if she's going to match the price I and paid. She said NO! The audacity. She tells me she can't do that because that was last months sale. I tell her it's not my fault, I didn't cancel the order, I waited over a month for my boots because I never received it. She says there's nothing she can do. I tell her they're making this really hard and it's unbelievable. I asked if customer service will be able to price match it and says no because that's the policy.I literally went home to get my card got the other boots I had picked up and returned those too. I got my refund and walked out of there. I do NOT plan on going back. STAY AWAY and keep your money. They make it so hard to get your money back and of you don't follow up with them and ask about your orders status, they will NOT follow up with you. It's very unprofessional, I have never dealt with people like this. It's unfortunate because some of their shoes are cute, but definitely not worth the headache and all this trouble.As soon as I walked out of there I called customer service and was on hold for like 30 min. I asked the rep if he would be able to price match those boots and he said yes. Only reason why I want them is because I've been looking for some and haven't found them anywhere else. He takes my info down and I tell him some of my information might be wrong, but he didn't update it. I never received my confirmation email or receipt from the order I placed over the phone. When I looked at my receipt I realized he didn't price match it so I called back the next morning.Fortunately, the rep who had helped with the email answered and she remembered my situation. I told her what had happened at the end and about the email I never received. She mentioned the order didn't go through, but that she would be able to help. I asked about the price match and she said she would have to ask her manager. She put me on hold for a few minutes, no more than 3. She comes back on and asks for the amount I had been refunded for, she says she's able to price match, and since this has caused a lot of trouble she will offer me an extra 30% off on top of that. She was nice and apologized for the inconvenience and all this trouble. Although she was able to help me in the end....I still don't see myself shopping at Aldo again.

I'm surprised at the low ratings for this location. I isn't been to aldo in years, and I was last minute holiday shopping and came in, everything was super neat, and the staff was really kind and helpful. Not to mention they had incredible deals! I bought two pairs of really cute slippers for under thirty dollars, now that's an offer I cannot refuse. I was in a rush so I didn't really get a chance to shoo around too much but when the malls slow down I would come back and recommend this location, the deals are really great.

I walked in today to find some Birthday heels. I found a pair I liked but they didn't have my size. They said the display was my size. I asked if they could discount since one shoe has some scuffs and bottom wasn't new. They said no rudely and said we don't discount since there "technically" new. They just lost my business!
