This staff named Jose, was terrible at doing the free deals for "medium horchata drink" he needs to be in training cuz clearly he doesn't know how and this foo charged me $1.70 at first and then charged me 8cent "cuz of tax??!" Like how does that makes sense when the app clearly says FREE. The manager needs to put him in training for real and watch him tap the screen for the deals cuz he didn't even tap on the screen to do the deals for me. I am not satisfied with his service that he had with me at all. I was going to show him on the app that it was free and there's no way it doesn't work cuz i came the other day for this deal and it worked just fine and I don't know why all of sudden it charges me?! Like what

06/22/2023Why is this separate from ARCO? Aren't they both the same? When you hear AM PM, you think of ARCO and vice versa. Am I wrong about that? Besides, they still charge you to use your card whether it's credit or debit. What do you think it should be called?

I had a horrible experience at this place. I will give zero stars if I can. The staff didn't want to do or answered the question I asked. I told her that I have two scratchers and one of them won. Just throw away the bad one and give me the cash. But she said “no can do, check it yourself.” She said everyone does that, and so should I. Her name is “Kim.”

The staff "Kim," the Burmese lady, is not very friendly. Her name is "Kim"; she did not answer what I asked; she told me to do everything myself in an insulting way. Wait, why did the owner hire her in the first place if she is not doing what's she is supposed to. Very disappointed.

Don't go there. They make the customer to take the left over coffee. If it not full cup, they tell the customer to mix with other flavor. HELL NO. I want my coffee the way I want after I paid for. If you don't do how they want you to do, they start FIGHTING to the customer. They think this is Asia, customer has no RIGHTS in their store

If I could I would give a ZERO star. I have been getting coffee from this place. Today I stopped by to get a cop. Realized that pot is to the bottom of my favorite coffee. I asked nicely to the Thai lady (Tiar?) working in the kitchen to make me a new pot. She kept fighting me there is enough for a cup. She forced me to take the bottom few drops of the coffee. I try to prove to her so I fill my cup with the last drops of the kattel. It came out not even half cup. Than she said get some other flavor to mix it up. LOL. She can't tell me to mix the coffee flavor. Than she start fighting me constantly NONE STOP. OMG. Customers doesn't have any RIGHT any more even you paid. It is turning into a third world countries. I asked her "Are we in the third world countries?" Her mouth CAN'T stop fighting. Don't wait your money there. There r plenty of coffee shop nearby.

My husband and I have been going here for years without any incident until yesterday; I went in to buy some scratchers for stocking stuffers. Before heading out, I went to the refrigerated section to check out their drinks (again, for stocking stuffers). Don’t know if maybe I lingered too long or what, but clearly I became suspicious in their eyes. When I didn’t find anything I wanted, as I headed out the door, I opened my purse to put the scratchers in. As I’m walking to my car, the employee who had JUST sold me the scratchers stopped me to ask if I had taken something. Perplexed, I said, “excuse me?” She proceeded to ask again if I had taken anything from them. Then I saw the owner come out to follow her (or me) and I explained to her that I was putting the scratchers I had JUST bought from THEM into my purse. She apologized, but I was still so appalled at the whole situation. Who just accuses someone of stealing without any proof or evidence?!? Was it because I was browsing at the drinks for a little too long? Or was it because I opened my purse upon my exit? Whatever the reason was, there was no excuse and to say that it’s a complete lack of professionalism is an understatement. I’m so disappointed, especially because we have been patronizing this business for years.

Horrible service. A cashier (a young man with gold chain) working night is one of the most rude of the crew. It's like they hate their' job😲👎👎👎

When I came here just now to pump gas and a bunch of gas spilled from the nozzle and soaked my shoe. When I informed the employees they gave me some paper towels to wipe my shoe off but my shoe was soaked and continued to smell like gasoline. When I mentioned to them that I'd like my shoes replaced if the gasoline smell didn't go away they replied that it's fine and it happens all the time. They refused to take any responsibility for gasoline spilling all over the place and tried to convince me that it's okay to drive around with my shoe soaked in and smelling like gas. If the smell doesn't go away I need my shoes replaced or I may have to take some legal action. It's unfortunate how the ladies at this place tried to convince me that it's okay to have my foot soaked in gasoline and it will "just go away."
