I bought a bracelet there but it broke the first time I wore it. I called in to ask for a solution since I‘m not in LA anymore and the girl who picked up the phone has a super bad attitude and she even yelled at me. Then she just said I was overtalking and gave the phone to another girl who is way much nicer than her. I am frustrated by the bad quality of the bracelet already, and the bad customer service adds 10 times to that frustration. This is probably the last time I’m buying anything from this brand. And as for this store, it will be on the black list for me and all of my friends in LA.

I am absolutely in love with my new APM Monaco necklace. The quality is excellent and I'm really happy with it. I bought it when they were having a sale and it was a great deal! I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for jewelry that is both high quality but also not as expensive as everyone else.

When I saw this necklace on APM Monaco's website, I knew I had to have it. The quality of the necklace is just beautiful and it comes with a lifetime warranty! I've been wearing mine for about a month and it still looks brand new.

I've been searching for a perfect ring and I'm glad I found this site. This place is full of amazing jewelry and APM Monaco has been such a joy to work with. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and attentive to detail. They are very professional and made me feel like family when we were choosing my ring. Definitely recommend!

I bought the APM Monaco cat earrings for my girlfriend and she loved them! She said her ears never felt so fancy. I'm so glad I got them for her, especially because they were such a good deal too!

I love this company's jewelry. They have a beautiful selection of pieces and all their jewelry is high quality and well made. If you can go to one of their stores, do it. The staff is amazingly nice!

Terrible customer service. I have been here three times, and every time service gets worst, definitely my last time to come here. The girls that work here gives you a bad attitude, and look. Last time i was here to purchase something was not in stock, so they said they will send it to my home, seems like they dont know how to wrtie because they copy my address wrong and my purchase was not delivered, at which i had to go to a big teouble to get my items, and they would not even help out to fix their mistake. Will not purchase from this brand anymore.

First of all, I love jewelry! Any kind really. I found out about this brand 2 years ago online. And I love their jewelry. I have purchased online for some items from a couple collections from APM Monaco. I came to the Westfield Santa Anita mall and never notice there was a APM Store! I was so amazed how the store looks. Looks so extravagant and shinny! All the collections were so beautiful. I felt like a child in a candy shop. The girls that serviced me were so attentive and they showed me some new collections and they were so sweet and nice. Very amazed at their super duper attentive service. Thank you ladies at APM Monaco!!

The 2 ladies worked on the sales floor the day I visited the store both get 5-star from me. This review is reflecting the overall store management/IT problem and the "manager" that the ladies had to call for every little decision/problem they faced. After having a superb customer service experience in their Honolulu, HI store while vacationing there, I received an email invite for a new product launch, so I brought a friend and drove 25 miles to their Arcadia store on a Friday afternoon. Problem 1. the QR code or a high-tech drawing method didn't work, we had to try 5 times and still didn't work, at this point, if I work at the store, I would have been so embarrassed and gave a higher prized than the lowest out of the winning possibilities, nope, the ladies had to call the "manager", we had to try again, didn't work, clear our phone browser, didn't work, restart our phone, try again, didn't work. it's ridiculous Problem 2. The email invite clearly stated "discover the new collection and receive a clutch", not so, you have to BUY one of the new collection in order to receive the aforementioned clutch. Lesson learned: DISCOVER=BUY!! Problem 3. After the 2 ladies got the phone authorization from their "manager", we were told we could combine our discounts for our purchase. 15 minutes later, the "Manager" now saying we can't combine our discounts. I was extremely unhappy at that time, never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a "manager" in a store like apm, only reason I didn't walk out at that time, was my friend really liked their products. Problem 4. Came time to check out, their computer would not let the transaction through, called the "manager" again, didn't answer. Any cashiers at Forever 21 would have more authority than these 2 poor ladies worked in the apm store. Oh! we ended up walking out of the store without purchasing.

APM is one of my favorite jewelry brand. I was so excited to discover that they opened a boutique here in the Santa Anita Westfield mall. This is probably the most beautiful and luxury store here! There were three staffs on the salesfloor on the day that I went and everyone was so attentive. Ashley who is around my age with similar style as me, recommended me some beautiful and elegant styles that I actually really liked. Michelle was also very sweet and described the differences of each collections to me and gave me advice on how to style them. I also wanted to buy something for my mom because her birthday was coming up and Ti came through to help by suggesting me some great selections that really matches my mom's personality and style. Besides their jewelry inside the glass displays, everything they showed me from inside those boxes that are placed on the shelves were also very gorgeous! Customer service was excellent because they were so patient on helping me with trying on different jewelry. I've been wearing their things for the past few days now and I must say that I am so happy with my purchase! On top of that, I got so many compliments. Thank you so much to Ashley, Michelle and Ti for being so kind and helpful! I will definitely come back to buy some more!
