If you are a contractor, beware. If you are working on a project and the building falls down, they will blame you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have instructed my office to never work for these people again.

The worst property management. Bad communication. The only thing they do good is collecting the HOA fee timely. Avoid it if you can!
