On Friday, August 23rd, 2024 @ 8pm.
None of the active staff members at that time acknowledged anyone in my family when we entered the store, continuing to chat away at the register. I understand that it’s late and things like this happen.
However, when we approached them for a shoe size, they claim to look for it but when we looked back after a few minutes they had set it aside on the counter and continued to chat. We had to wait approximately 10 minutes just to receive the pair of shoes, with one of the shoes being the one they had on display and was visibly worn. After trying them on, we decided to return the shoes to be met with a judgemental look from the lady.
Absolutely unprofessional, we will not be returning to this location again.

John the Assistant Manager if top Notch Amazing ! His experience and knowledge of the history of Jordan’s is unmatched. He is friendly, patient. Professional, and takes his time to explain about the different Jordan’s. He is attentive to All customers while handling a busy store with grace !
He needs to be promoted to a management position and we could use him at Foot Locker Arcadia where his knowledge would be very appreciated !

Terrible experience, walked in looking for some shoes, was not acknowledged the whole time I was in the store not even a simple hello, employees just looked at me and kept talking to themselves as if I wasn't the only customer in the store. Would not recommend.

Backdoor managers work here. There was a specific shoe i wanted I knew it was in stock. But they denied they even carried it. I hate resellers and fraudulent employees. Never will I step a foot in here

1 star or the variety of shoes.1 star for the quick work or the employees.1 star for the availability of sizes.The loss of the other 2 stars was due to the lack of available cash in the register in the event of a return and the fact I had to take more time out of my day to come back when they did. I get people use credit cards frequently. It not an excuse have cash 60$ on hand. You are a shoe store selling shoes for as high as $200. Do better!

Yo yo yo what's going on beautiful and sexy people? Went here again today on 1-16-20 and here are the highlights. 1. When I went here today. I recalled that Amanda and Andrew informed me that they changed their Lakers-Clippers hat's display. I have a feeling that the workers here. Did it for me. Since I come here a lot. 2. I love the new Lakers-Clippers hat's display. I remembered that I told Amanda and Andrew. I am glad that they put the Lakers-Clippers city edition hats on the top and don't get me wrong the other Lakers-Clippers hats are great as well. But for me. It's all about the Lakers-Clippers city edition hats. In fact. I got 3 Lakers city edition hats (one of them from here the Lakers earned edition hat) and I got 2 Clippers city edition hats. Looking forward to add more to my collection. 3. Besides Amanda and Andrew offering their suggestions or takeing care of me. I remembered the store manager took care of me as well. I remembered his name was Bernie. For my next visit. I am going to take a picture of the store manager name tag. 4. Until next time. Go Lakers-Clippers and keep the faith. Take care. Best, David
