If I can put a ZERO for this review I will definitely do that. still lucky that you got 1 star which you guys do not even deserved this at all.specially Alyssa Monarrez (Assistant Vice President/Assistant branch Manager) On December 22 about 9:30 , went to the bank to get something from my Safe deposit box. Sitting at the lobby waiting some staff did ask me if I needed help. i told them that I need to go in to the safe deposit box. they did told me that there was someone in there. which I understand that I have to wait for my turn. Normally when the customer done in the room they ring a bell then someone will help the customer to put the box back. 35 mins passed by. I went to one of the ladies and ask that if she can check if customer is done. she insisted that I have to wait, because someone is still in there. I even ask if I can use there office or even the bathroom just to get something from my deposit box because its been 35 mins. already. they said NO.so I told the stuff to check the door again and I told her that I heard the ring, she said NO , then I said just go and check I am sure that it show a VACANT sign. sure enough she said YES and she apologizes.then I took a picture of the door sign VACANT. After getting what I need I ask for the Manager. Then I met Alyssa Monarrez(Assistant vice President and Assistant Branch Mnager) she took me in to a room which its all glass, that can see outside when people is coming into the bank. so I started telling her what happened. then she starting defending herself that they didn't do anything wrong. so then I showed her the photo of the vacant sign on my phone. then she apologized. then I continued what I had to say then Alyssa starting looking outside at the glass office of people coming in the bank. WOW! Then I said I am right here talking with you at least look at me. then she said "no eye contact and that was rude". by saying that to me proved that she intentionally did that.so I ask for her business card. I have enough waiting 35mins. and be treated that way. very unprofessional.rude not friendly. such a waste of my time. speaking of Customer Service???? She is not FIT to be a Assistant Vice President?? and Assistant Branch Manager?? Maybe I should have talk to the real MANAGER not assistant branch manager. I hope that the Manager of the bank or HR would read this.This is NOT acceptable!

Love this branch! My restaurant is literally 2 stores down from them. I usually go every 2 weeks, and their customer service is hands down 1 of the best! Love it here..I've been to other branches where they ate straight out rude and do not know their stuff. Here, never a problem.

The employee here were fairly knowledgably about my banking and investment fiduciary needs. I understand they do not work at the level of New York or Washington DC offices or the level of knowledge that I have studied myself, being around many C-suite level executives. Chase customer service could use improvement and a lot of employee could really benefit from learning or having more financial knowledge. Talent is short in this economy and inflation has led to a lot of customer issues. I personally have ran into small issues where the team was unable to support me. This branch offers basic banking and they have a beautiful office space on the bottom floor including private equity wealth clients as a service/partnership.

This branch called me at 12:31pm Feb 23rd 2023 with a robot claiming there was an transaction withdraw of $12,000 under my checking account when I don't have an checking account with them. Looking for trouble or bored to death?

I would NOT even send my WORST ENEMY to Chase Bank. A very unethical, rude, unprofessional Chase Bank representative named Abby from the customer service number in the back of my Chase Bank Debit card: 1-405-272-8835, lied to me. An UNAUTHORIZED Zelle transaction went through. Because my phone glitched they would NOT give my money back even within the hour I could have stopped the processing from happening. If it weren't for Chase representative's lie, I could have recovered my money, and the problem would have been solved within the hour. I am beyond frustrated and upset. I went to the branch for more than 2 hours and started back on square 1 in the end... They have made the phone calls with me and I guess as helpful as they could be, with the power that they are given. However, because not even the manager has any power over this transaction to cover the lie of a chase representative on the back of their card, I am going to have to give this 1 star and never recommend Chase Bank to ANY ONE. #chase #chaselies #liar #lie #lies #zelle #chasebank #badcustomerservice #backofthecard #banking #customerservice #customerexperience

I don't often visit bank branches, but I needed to work with a banker this time. We originally went to another branch and was turned away because we didn't have an appointment (even though there were LITERALLY no other customers in the BRANCH and 4 bankers). We left and I called the next closest branch and I was immediately welcomed to visit the branch as soon as possible. I drove over within 10 minutes. There was a short wait and I was helped with the banker who initially answered my call. My banker, Nicky, was very professional, polite and answered all our questions and offered the best products for the situation. She was never pushy. I would definitely recommend her as a banker. The branch itself looks to be renovated and is modern and inviting. I love the stairs! All precautions were adhered to with masks, partitions, sanitizers and social distancing. The parking is convenient as they have their own lot. Recommended.

My father unexpectedly passed recently and I came in to close his account. They treated me poorly and the person who was holding my father's death certificate was laughing among 4 other staff members there. My family have been loyal to this bank and this is how they behaved during the closing process.
