“Came in with my mom and two kids this evening around 7p to shop for some jeans. We knew we needed to be quick since they close at 8p I believe.We roamed around for about 15min looking at jeans and still hadn’t been greeted. There was one associate on the adults side whom was just on their phone and not assisting anyone.After assuring ourselves to the fitting room, we left with a pair of jeans.”
“I went to JC penney and there have a great selection of clothing on sale's. I was there on Mother's day. The staff associate "JULIA" alway's nice friendly, patient, helpful to customers by providing great service and very knowledgeable in the department.”
