Zach helped my friend and I yesterday and to be honest, my friend was more in the market for a bag than I was. Zach was so helpful and knowledgeable about the handbags that it made me take a look and I ended up leaving with one too. Took my coach soho flap bag here to get an emergency cleaning (had gotten some MAC lip liner on it the day before) and the male staff who helped me gotten it clean in under 5 mins!!! I don’t remember his name but he was super helpful with info and the lip liner mark was completely nonexistent. Thank you again!!

I went in for Christmas shopping and was lucky enough to be helped by Santiago. He was patient, kind, and helpful. I honestly will make the drive just to shop at this coach retail store.
