Wowwww!!! Kathryn rocked n rolled!! Service was impeccable and knowledge on all Coach products was brilliant.I purchased some great gear to keep me going. Had the tags monogrammed ( complimentary of course ) I was in and out. Called her earlier today to hold my product. I showed up and was treated like a respectful businessman. Glad I came! TL;DR -- There's a reason why you never see anyone in this store other than the sales associates and security guard. When I visited this location on 9/16/22, I had a decent experience. I browsed the compact wallets, and a sales associate was kind in explaining their options and even suggested that I try placing my cards in the card slots of any wallet to see if it's to my liking before purchasing. And so, after doing this, I decided to purchase a black wallet even though I had my initial hesitations after how much actual force it took to open/close the snap closure on the wallet. Mistake #1. After returning home, I decided this wallet was definitely a return as I didn't see this issue improving over time (if anything, the material of the wallet would've cracked from the stubborn snap closure). So today on 9/21/22 I went to this same location to return the wallet. When asked by the associate (different associate from my 9/16/22 visit) why I wanted to return the wallet, I simply stated that I didn't like it, which you think would've sufficed. However, she started to literally pry open the wallet (bending the spine) and inspect every damn inch of the thing (rubbing the leather with her fingers and picking at the suede lining). After this, she went to the back of the store without saying a word and continued stretching and touching the wallet before finally saying, "I can't even resell this." Like??? I was in disbelief because the wallet wasn't used and her own handling of it likely added whatever wear and tear she was seeing??? Then she walked away and returned with a display wallet, as if to compare the two--notably the card slots that she cited were too loose and showed signs of use. Like girl, if you mean I put my cards in, just like I was told was okay IN STORE, then okay, whatever. But lo and behold, they were the exact same thing. She finally processed my return and I was on my way out ASAP. This was such a sour, unpleasant experience that I won't be revisiting again.

I always loved this coach store, the employees are friendly and provide good customer service. Except today I called the store because I order a new bag from coach website and when I received the bag it was scratched and stain. I called customer service and they said I can return this bag and get a new one at this store. When I called the store I asked if they had the New Swinger bag with chain and TINA said that bag is old. THAT IS SO RUDE THIS IS A NEW BAG . TINA YOUR STUPID TO NOT KNOW THIS IS A NEW BAG! THEY SHOULD HIRE SOMEBODY THAT KNOWS THEIR BAGS!!!!!

The guy who helped me was kind enough. But the two ladies who just stood there with no acknowledgment or greeting even after I made my purchase just simply don't understand the basics of customer service. I love coach, but definitely gonna shop elsewhere for my coach items next time.

Excellent customer service!Called the Arcadia shop looking for 3 specific sold out Coach bags from their website.Tony found all 3 bags at different Coach locations throughout the USA.He messaged me the style #, phone #, and location of each bag.He also informed me Coach takes phone orders!Absolutely elated to have such wonderful & friendly customer service.

Dunno why the quality of customer service has gone down so much from the time the store was out in the promenade, but the two Asian girls who were at the front today were so rude and unhelpful. I came in to ask if they had a gift wrapping service for a Coach item I purchased online a while ago that I wanted to gift for a friend's birthday. My request was rejected brashly (even after I offered to pay for the wrapping) and the girl just said that they don't sell boxes. I don't know how expensive those boxes/gift bags are...or if it was just company policy, but the way that the girl handled everything was so uppity and rude & she even said, "this item is from the outlet, which is why it's so cheap". 1, it actually wasn't from the outlet store...but sold out on their regular site...2, why would it even matter if I got it from the outlet store? Is Coach outlet not also selling COACH products? 3, I was willing to pay for a wrapping service that many retail stores offer...only because it was going to be a gift for someone else. It seemed like they didn't want to help me or provide any sort of customer service if they weren't going to make a commission off of me today. They gotta hire front people who care more about the brand, quality, and treatment of customers...and how bad looks when you're stingy with your time & gift boxes.

Not following covid procedures. Went last Thursday 7/22 and what I'm assuming is the store manager, a Caucasian lady, was rude, didn't wear a mask and got in my space. I was in workout clothes with my tattoos showing and felt she completely stereotyped. The Asian associate that was helping me at first was nice enough. I just wanted to exchange a gift for a different color. I didn't realize it was 5 days past the 30 day window. It was just an exchange, for a gift. The "manager" came took my receipt from the other girl, didn't say a word to me and looked for a reason not to help me. She very happily told me it's past 30 days no exceptions and shoved the receipt back at me. This is name brand service? And most company's have extended exchange times with covid. I didn't realize how long ago the person who gifted it to me purchased it, as were not seeing people in general as frequently. Will never shop there again.

The staff here is so friendly especially during these tough times. I've been a loyal customer since 2019 when they were upstairs outside in the mall. I love that they'll let me walk around to look at things on my own without hovering over me, but be there as soon as I have a question or need assistance! They also gift wrap and monogram at no extra charge! This is my Coach store!!

High prices. Outlet stores are better and just as good.
