I go there for fast service. Softcloths and seems like an extra row. Wax options 3 available plus other options I skip like fragrance and wheel treatment. I have used them for years every couple of weeks if not raining and my older cars shine like new.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I grew up in Arcadia, now I'm 60, live in San Diego but when I'm in town, I always get my car washed. It reminds me of better times!!! Back in the day my friends and I would sneak in back and hang around and smoke🤦🏻♀️ but that's a story for another time....

I had a great experience at Fashings. An autobody shop in Monrovia recommended them when I inquired about having a significant dent in my Highlander repaired. I was able to get an appointment with Fashings in less than 48 hours. My car now shows no signs of the dent and I was charged a fraction, I repeat A FRACTION of what I was quoted at an autobody shop in Pasadena. I highly recommend their services. 11/10

I am growing more and more frustrated with this place because I honestly think the service is just getting worse and worse. My family and I have been coming here ever since I was young and I remember when I was a kid the cars were always clean there was never a problem. But now as I’m older, taking my own car here, like I said every time I come it just gets worse and worse. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but for paying almost $50 a wash every time I come here and leaving with my car dirty every single time I’m getting very tired of it. Whether it’s bird poop still on my window or my car not even being vacuumed or wiped to watching the guy not wipe down my doors or my seats at all but then the car behind my car gets everything wiped … it’s very inconsistent and it’s very annoying. It’s almost like the service you get is based on the kind of car you Drive. My 2025 Chevrolet Trax gets worse treatment than a 2009 Mercedes .. blows my mind.

Been coming here for months, each visit gets worse. The guy did not do a good job vacuuming my car. It was still dirty inside. ( i did tip the vacuum guy) The girl at the register was so unfriendly, didn't even get a hello from her. She always look so unhappy to be there.
When my car was ready it was still dusty. They didn't even wipe the console. Vents were still dusty. Not coming back again.

If you want your car clean, you should reconsider taking it here! I just wanted the back area of my yukon to be clean. We put groceries back there. The vacuuming they did was a half ass job at best, even after I had told the vaccum attendant it was dirty and needed some attention when I was leaving it with him. When it came out, it was still dirty. When I pointed it out to the return attendant he told me that if you don't want it dirty you shouldn't use it. When I showed it to the manager he told me If I could get it cleaner he would give me a free car wash. So I vacuumed it myself, and got it clean, (took me about 10 minutes) and took it back. He then refused me the free wash! This is really bad customer service. Or maybe I have higher expectations than they provide.

Terrible car wash took my car in for a wash and it came out worst than how I took it it came out dirty there was places where the machine didn’t even wash so it had dirt marks everywhere and when they dried it they did a half job water streaks everywhere the drive thru car washes do a better job I would save you money and go somewhere else
