I will never step into this Macy's Forever 21 store in my life.!! The racial discrimination in the women's clothing area is very serious. It is a shadow of my life. I was in the women's clothing area and was about to try on clothes. I didn't see any salesperson. I was about to go in to try on clothes. At this time, a short salesperson with long blond hair yelled at me. She used a bad smell gesture to me, which left a deep impression on me. She was very unfriendly and had no morals. It has left a lifelong shadow on me. Bullying me because I just came to the United States to study. It's so abominable. Your morality brings shame to the United States. You have no quality at all and also bring shame to the brand. .

The male attendant with the glasses in the fitting room between hours of three thirty and four fifty five.Upon getting some garments from an assistant manager in the front. I was directed to the fitting room where a young lady told me whatever door was open. I could go in, I went to the first door that was open. And no one was in there, so I committed to trying on the close.I think 5 minutes or 10 minutes. I got in the fitting room door, which I had three articles of clothing which I had show the young lady.I get this male voice knocking on the door, telling me to hurry up and come out because someone was using that particular room.I informed him that there was nothing in there, and that I was told to come to this room, but to hold on, I'm still trying on the clothes.He knocked again as I'm putting on my personal clothes. And I again tell him hold on don't rush me.After leaving the stall , I informed him, who was right at the door entrance and giving him the clothes that I changed my mind and he dropped one if not two of them articles that I had tried on.My husband asked him if he had a problem with that me. He said to my husband in a sarcastic voice, "She threw the clothes at me."I said to him no, you dropped them and more. Importantly, you were rushing me?When I was told to go to that room by the young lady working with you.My husband stepped in and said, "Why don't you apologize for how you acted."He again said in this sarcastic voice, trying to dismiss my husband for standing up for me for how he spoke to me.He states to tell my husband (who saw that I gave him the clothes) " she Through the clothing at me" and that we can go out his store as in dismissing us.My husband informed him no I would like you gonna apologize to her, or is it that your pride can not let you do that.He then goes into calling security.My husband informed him, "To go ahead, that's fine."I didn't want it to turn out that way. But I can understand why my husband needed to defend what he saw & heard from this man.After all, we were customers ready to purchase said items. However, with the increase knocking & treatment from this male fitting room attendant, I felt I was being rushed and then to accused of throwing the articles at him, I decided not to.I was disappointed in his professionalism and said behavior. I could not believe what I was witnessing.I just told my husband to let it go.My husband went to the lady who helped us with getting the garments from the back, and I asked her for the manager.She said she was one of the managers and how could she help.I informed her of my experience with this male fitting room attendant.She stated we could get talk to a noth manager, I just wanted to get out of that place for my blood was rushing & I didn't want my husband to see how hurt I actually was by this event.As we are exiting he has come up near the front as if we need to leave the store. My husband wanted to prove the point that he was not in control of us or our shopping. I just pulled my husband & left.I need to let you know, having a male attendant at the women's fitting room is not Ideal first of all and If your staff is not willing to take accountability for their behavior then the store has no integrity in the close are worthless.Sad & HurtThat was once a customer at that location

Weird pricing system and rude service. Found a beanie on sale on website with store pickup available. Didn't know how it would fit so I decided to drive to store first to try it on. Found it at store and went to cashier to check out. Cashier rang it up as on sale for a higher price. I mentioned it was cheaper on website and two cashiers simultaneously replied in an unprofessional tone of voice: "The website is the website." I asked if I could step out of the store and just order it online and select the store pick up option. One cashier then replied: "If you do that, it will take us 2 hours to fulfill the order and we close in one hour." This reply, with hardly anyone in the checkout line or in the store and the beanie literally sitting on the counter right in front of her. Frustrated I decided not to purchase anything. Such a weird system that even when they knew I was going to buy it through their website and was already there for pickup, they were just going to ignore the order and fulfill it tomorrow, even with me standing there, the item in front of them, and one hour to go til closing. No wonder Forever 21 is flirting with bankruptcy! Who would want the trouble of going to a brick and mortar store only to deal with such poor service, inconsistent pricing, and customer antagonistic policies? Better to just buy on their website or Amazon and skip the rude service!

Before you purchase and final pay, there is no obvious notice or oral notice to remind you that final sales are not returnable. It feels like was cheated.

I haven't shopped at a F21 in ages, mostly bc it's very overwhelming especially with all the holiday deals. I asked a employee, I think her name was Kayla for a very specific sweater. She knew exactly where it was located it for me within a minute. This made my experience swift, easy, and successful, not what I was expecting at all- since the 40% off all sweaters I didn't think I would get lucky! Also they have the cutest holiday accessories from headbands to bracelets and hair accessories if you or someone you know likes that kind of festive wear. And they were buy two get one free :) I prefer this location over the montebello one- they shut down the top level and it's understandably crowded and a bit disorganized.

Careful they like to put the wrong size tags on clothing(mistagged) and make it a big deal when you ask for the right size with receipt. Manager snickering and extremely gaslighting customer service. Overall complete negative. Asked for managers name and refused to give any information on how to contact customer support.

Beware of gift cards purchased at Forever 21 at the Santa Anita mall. When we tried to use the card, we were told their machine had a "glitch," even though it was perfectly capable of taking credit cards. The manager would not even come out to help find a work-around solution. Is this kind of bait-and-switch typical of the entire chain, or is it specific to the Arcadia store?

Honestly I've been coming here for a long time. It's a hit or miss but most times its a hit. I have gotten so many cute clothes from here and they hold up really well. I've seen too many of these stores shut down and it's sad. I love their things and some of the items can be a little cheesy at times but most they are adorable! There's so many cute combinations that go well together and I would have anything else!

I recently purchased curtain lights here thinking these will work great!. I got them for my daughter's bedroom and later found out to my dismay they were packaged very poorly from the manufacturer. They were extremely tangled to the point of no return. It appeared they were already damaged because upon almost detangling them some lights worked fine while others went out completely. My best guess is Forever 21 does not do returns on selective items, such as these. I would not recommend these Iights being purchased here. Plus I hate the apparel because everything is cropped and made for teens stuck in time. Over priced much most definitely.

The prices for the stuff here are reasonable, I don't shop here, only once, but my sister does multiple times, the clothes they have are nice and not that expensive, the place is actually big and spacious inside good enough to see that they are selling a lot of stuff
