  My family and I love to visit the Santa Anita mall for a good walk, to eat, and shop. One of our go-to stores when we arrive is Francesca’s. My daughter loves their collections and they always have good sales available. The jewelry and accessories are trendy and good quality. My daughter loves their dresses because they are perfect for summer and fit really nice. The sizes run from small to 3X Large, but they may be limited in stores. The employees are always really helpful. Highly recommend Francesca’s if you're looking for a gift or for a trendy outfit.

  Bellee, Valena and Madeline were incredible, enthusiasm, top notch helpers. I asked about their return policy and Bellee offered extra 20% off, final sale for their fashionable jacket. Of course, I accepted. I thought she was clevered and went beyond what I was expected. Beautiful clothing, jewelry, just about everything you can find for yourself or gifts.Thank you ladies for making my first visit pleasant and future shop return.

  I had the worst experience!!! One of the assistance (worker) followed me around the store! She was wearing a jean dress with brown sandals (heels). She not only followed me she would stand near me! Even followed me to the dressing room, I stepped in to help my daughter. But she made me feel so uncomfortable and I felt discriminated for being Mexican. I wish I would have gotten her name. The dresses are cute but that workers was the worst never have I felt so discriminated.

  i love this little boutique!!! it's my favorite store at the mall. mia is especially helpful. she is so sweet and perfect. she deserves a raise immediately !!!!!

  a great big "shout out" to Bella, Irene, and Madeline for amazing customer service, during the mad frenzy of last minute holiday shopping! thank you for your patience, knowledge, and stellar recommendations. so many cute things in every little nook and cranny! i hadn't been here in awhile and now it's going to be my "go-to" spot. please check it out the next time you're at the mall--you won't be sorry!

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a clothing store. At the cashier I asked "Do you take contactless payment?" only to receive attitude "YOU aren't being clear. I can't understand YOU. YOU should have said Apple Pay. Don't YOU KNOW you can only pay with CASH or CARD? HOW ELSE can you pay?!" I'n not stupid. I can speak english. I was born in America. Guess what? I'm not using Apple Pay, Card, or Cash. I'm using contactless Bank Of America payment. Contactless payment is a widely popular terminology in out society. Please search this up and EDUCATE yourself. I have no problem explaining with more clarity. What I have a problem with is your visibly DEFENSIVE and DISPARAGING ATTITUDE, and direct EYEROLLING to me as a customer. Learn better service. Maybe you had a bad day? Maybe you don't like asians? Whatever it is learn to channel that in a healthier way. I hope you have a better day. My friend told me about this store and I finally checked it out. I was looking forward to buying from here SO much. You ruined my experience. I am disappointed and will not be shopping here anymore. Truly saddened.

  This was a small store with very nice and kind staff who were very helpful. This store is a little upscale store with very reasonable prices. Had a lot of clothes that the wifey liked,that you could dress up or down. Wife said that the things she got was comfortable at that. Will definitely go back.

  Two because the clothing and jewelry are cute but the customer service is fake. Walked into the store and was checking out the jewelry when the cashier noticed my purse and commented how she liked my purse and wanted to see inside to see “how deep it was”. I continued small talk with her and chose a couple of earrings and as I was checking out she asked if she could see inside and I was hesitant but obliged and said “why do you want to see inside?are checking if I stole?” And she stayed quiet and didn't even deny my question. I should have left the store then and there but was dumbfounded that I was being questioned about the inside of my purse. Idk if this is how they treat all their customers. I was very offended and won't be shopping here any longer.

  This is such a cute little boutique! It was my first time shopping around in this store and I have to say, I was more drawn by their accessories and cute journals/ pens/ pencils (which I think it's weird that they'd sell these kinds of items in a clothing store) than their clothing. My cousin shopped here a few times and has purchased their pricey jewelry here. After we visited another store nearby, we found the same exact yellow necklace she wanted from here, but found at a different store for more than half the price cheaper! Again, I enjoyed looking at their cute accessories but it's too pricey here for what you're actually getting!

  I honestly didn't notice this place til mid last year when I was trying to shop for a dress to attend a wedding as a plus one. I just came in thinking it's probably like a forever 21 but turns out it isn't. They carry a wide selection of cute dresses in different designs and sizes. There is also always a sale going on. The past few times I been it they ran a 40% winter sweaters, then a 40-50% second items. On top of the wide selection of dresses, they have a lot of cute bags and accessories to go with the outfit. I found some really cute earrings to wear for my friend's wedding. They also have a lot of cute random items: cups, travel mugs, tiny jewelry dishes and plant shaped candles. A lot of small items that make perfect add on to gifts. If you are search for a dress for any special events. You should def pay this place a visit, you def find something useful. Other items they carry: swim suit and hats Price: reasonable ish, sometimes I feel like it's a bit expensive to pay $50 for a non brand dress, but at the same times it's sometimes it's too hard to pass on a cute dress Customer service: always greeted when I enter, never really asked if I needed help when i am looking for stuff, which is fine, when I pay, they are always nice and friendly
