Bad customer service especially for people on the floor when you walk in they just look and stare as if they're doing you a favor for being there. The item selections aren't great. Better to shop online especially because of customer service.

They decided to close their doors an hour before the mall closed saying they close at 8 when the rest of the stores closed at 9. The website said 9p and when I called the store, they kept hanging up the phone. Every other store in the mall was open. Can they do that? I had items on hold that I needed and doors were locked! Never coming here again. Ridiculous!!

Besides Nordstroms,this is my all time favorite place to find my date night dresses ,and cool pieces...or accessories ...They have the complimentary stylists on site helping us answering questions ,or put together outfits for your occasions-- in addition, they assist you until you found your pieces !I just love the casual smart styles , and the quality fabrics--*purest imported silk , purest cotton & 100 % cashmere they all felt so comfy. I am always astonished how I am able to discover newest arrivals that are able to ltied in with those I've purchased from the past seasons . This particular location is amazing --both with excellent services & personable stylists . You'll love the fulfilling shopping experiences here.

So if I could leave a 0 stars it would happen and I would also like to mention that if you are plus size women they are rude to you and don't help. My Wife went in no one said hi to us no one tried to help us. As we are looking around two skinny women walk in and all of a sudden the little bitches behind the counter come alive. This happened today this morning at your open at the Santa Anita store. My wife clearly upset asks for the district managers name and the girls all of a sudden play d*** and don't k on his name. Him because she started he is new sorry. I am going to bring this to the eyes of all for how you met your employees treat people. Just an FYI we will never shop at your stores again.

I went into the store last week, and I had such a great experience! The employees were so helpful and sweet, especially Shireen! She had was very personable and I felt comfortable shopping around. 10/10 experience, I'll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was in this store Thursday September 2 in the evening and the girls working behind register were too busy gossiping about lord knows what to assist me looking for a certain top that was on the mannequin but I couldn't find. When I did get some help they were incredibly rude. Why does Free people hire such horrible employees?? Pasadena is at least hit and miss. But Arcadia has not had good customer service since it opened.

THIS IS FOR AN ONLINE ORDER NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. So I ordered a specific product with a specific color and they chose so send me another color, I called them to see what could be done , they just said they would email me a return label um HELLO THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT IT WAS YOURS !!! I was supposed to wear this product to an event and will not be able to ship out and then reorder on time to use it , the least you can do is send me the right color, I SHOULD NOT have to waste MY time and resources to ship out the wrong product that YOU SENT me so refund me or send the right product ! It's not my fault you sent the wrong one and plus their customer service sucks I spend so much money on their app yea I had the app ! And they can't even do this for me after it's their fault You've been warned . So unhappy I love their clothes however it's become a thing of ethics now

Laughable customer service experience. Where do they find these employees? Better yet, who trains them? Definitely won't be returning to this location - or any other Free People - for that matter.
