This gym is ok. The people who work here have been friendly. Issues I have are:1) broken equipment: inconvenient, but there are enough machines to use another.2) age limit: I signed up for the passport plus so i can bring my son, but they won't let him in unless 18+. He can sign up for membership 15+ but not as a guest.3) parking: This location is at a popular mall. If you workout during off hours, no problem. If you go during busy time at the mall, no good.The one thing I did really like about this location, I feel the equipment is clean. Cleanliness was a 5 star for me.I just signed up, but now looking for a gym that addresses these issues, especially the age limit...that was the nail in the coffin. Good thing it's month to month.

Girl at the front desk was passive aggressive and didn’t let me use my 7 day trial. Made me waited for 10 mins just so the next shift can help me. And of course the next shift never came and I left in frustration. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’ll probably never use golds gym anywhere again.

Worst service ever, just force you to buy membership! This place is so sick that they steal your money through your card and refuse to refund if you wanna quit. Don’t be fooled!

DO NOT JOINI just wanted to drop a quick note to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Gold's Gym, and I strongly advise against joining them.I've been trying to cancel my membership for what feels like forever. I've done it all - visited in person, handed in my card, made countless calls, and even had to go to the extreme of closing my bank account, which I'd held for over 20 years, just to stop them from charging me.During one of my visits, I couldn't even see a manager, let alone get inside because they marked my account as "delinquent." It's frustrating because I know the staff, especially this nice Latina lady, were trying to help, but their hands were tied.I mean, seriously, it's not like the manager was stuck in meetings all day, right? It's not Goldman Sachs! I just couldn't get a hold of anyone who could actually assist me.In a last-ditch effort, I sent an email to the manager, even though I doubt I'll ever hear back from them. They were supposed to call me back since January, and I'm still waiting for that call. It's beyond frustrating.So, long story short, if you're thinking about Gold's Gym, please reconsider. Their membership cancellation process has been a never-ending nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I've experienced.

Watch out as they will try to trick you on membership prices. David is especially dishonest and then will try to blame you. They were talking about 14.40 per month but then Danny thought he was being slick switching to $1440 total for a 3 year agreement which is more than $14.40 per month. They have a systemic scamming set up over there. Just don't pay more than $9.99 per month and review your agreement carefully before you sign up. Golds Gym is super shady.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! It might be deemed a great gym but once it comes to them getting a payment from you they don't stop! I accidentally chose the wrong location which is my fault completely BUT trying to get it changed to the correct location was a headache , i called many times & each time no one was able to assist me until finally someone told me it had to be done in person. So fine I went in person! Once I arrived I realized it was nothing like had been advertised online!!! Firstly it was horrible, really packed no parking, just a mess secondly they were charging $20 more in the LA location than in this location super ridiculous So i asked for a cancellation, theres no way i wanted to keep my membership. Such a hassle for that to. The guy at the front desk says i have to do it online & gives me all the information. Once i log in I'm being told i have to pay $50 to cancel even though i have never gotten the chance to even use the gym! Now im even being harassed about it because i put a stop payment to not get charged & they're sending me to collections! If you're looking for a stressful situation then go ahead get a membership if not i suggest finding a different gym!

3.4 stars is too high for this gym. Amenities are always full. Staff is rude. Going back to my old gym after 2 weeks. Don't waste your time and effort. Theirs a reason why they are doing 35 cent to start promo!!

Horrible experience in my first day after signing up, doesn't seem like they do regular cleaning sessions. Found dry sweat stains in a couple machines.. asked an employee a question and they ignored me. Not even worth my 35 cents

This gym sucks, switched over and 1 week later I regret it. Machines are dirty, cant seem to find a good employee.. everyone looks always upset... gotta wait up to 10mins for a machine. Dont Recommend
