The prices here for what you get are WILD out of wack. I paid $26 some odd dollars just for 2 mediocre eggles. If the prices were half though, I would probably come here more than once a year or so. The bagels are pretty good. If that is what matters, these are possibly the best you will get in this area, which is a bagel desert.

We got bagels today at 9am and they were dry, hard, and flavorless. Basically inedible. They tasted stale and at least a day old. I got half a dozen because they looked alright, but we’ll be tossing the rest.

We stopped going here about a year ago. Very very dirty no one cares. Staff is HORRIBLE unacceptable. We won't spend our money here because the owners daycare about the customers.

Excellent New York style bagels plus loads of other breakfast options. Drive thru option is super convenient. Great service and a wide variety of flavors.

Food is ok. The place looks nice from the outside but different inside. Looks old and dirty. I felt like the chair was going to break. Now service. The service was amazingly dull. No, even a "Hello Welcome." The male at the front looked like he didn't want to be at work. So dull. My God, I have better ppl skills.

My first time here and last. Who ever runs this location clean your walls and floors. The tiles and walls next to our table and all across very dirty and sticky. The stains on your tiles need to be wiped, couldn't finish food. Your employees are great.

I usually purchase about a dozen bagels every ten days. Unfortunately I can't justify coming here anymore. The prices are ridiculous. I refuse to pay $28 for a dozen bagels when I can buy a dozen at Einstein's for $17. I like and appreciate the Goldstein's bagels but will come much less often.

The nerve of these people.... Over $10 dollars for a small cup of coffee & a toasted bagel. The small cup of coffee costs more than Starbucks! I remember that it used to be $5.00. I know that inflation hit everyone hard, but this is ridiculous! I asked the guy behind the counter, the tall guy for some creamer. He gave me a dirty look & didn't even bother to say something. I wonder what it takes to get a job here. Watch your phone in front of customers while your tables are dirty. This place has a lot of potential, but the employees just ruins it for everyone. Time to look for another place. Boycott this place. Go anywhere but here. Maybe I will try Noah's bagel in Pasadena. Let's see if they have employees checking their phones in front of customers.
