Customer service staff who was helping customer open member card tried to let customer check out fast. But her stupid and impolite behavior let me felt unhappy. I was standing online and ready to check out. H mart staff who was working at customer service came to the front of the line to calling customer behind me to go to the customer service area to check out. I was standing in front of another customer who behind me. The shopping cart is big and it was no enough space to let behind customers walked through. And I bought and spent more money than that customer who was behind me. According to line check out policy, it should be first come first serve. Other wise they should open express line for checking out 15 items or less. No brain customer service staff worked in the front, broke checking out rule, impolite behavior. H mart customer service management need to improve above service, need training their staffs.

Clean well stocked and moderately priced grocery store for Asian specialties. Lots of stuff that you would only be able to find here an no where else, keeps us coming back here. Prices are reasonable, not extravagant. Especially in produce and veggies. I'm a big fan of the konjac jelly drinks and the canned coffee drinks, those are a must grab every time we come here.

Place smells like seafood and it caters only to Asians. Very small liquor section but huge seafood section. Place was gross.

Bought a mold frozen dumpling I went to return , I don’t blame them cuz they have so many frozen food probably didn’t take care of this sometimes. But what really piss me off is their attitude, no apologize and told me no need to yell which I never yelled !!!
I told her I want to got another one and got another one from the freezer and also mold !!!!

Food was excellent, not real corean food, combination of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine.
Little bit pricey for the product.
No condiments, they count the plastic forks and spoons. 🤓🤦🏻♂️

The cashier Jazmin did 22 $ extra charge on my bill ( as you can see the ready to cook) with the reason of putting wrong product number ( vegetable number) in weight. When I discovered about the extra fee she immediately gave me the answer of where this fee came from without even looking for a second. After three days the refund is still not received and their phone call doesnt work. be aware of your bill when you pay at cashier desk.

This is my grocery shopping store when I need anything asian/Korean items. The meat 🍖, though pricey, is still great quality. Eggs are a bit pricey, too. But veggies and fruit are at an amazing price. I have a hot pot at home so I usually come here for specific ingredients which they have! No pan or pot at home? No rice cooker? No problem! They have it!! And utensils, too! Come! I usually go once every couple of weeks just to see what they have 👀 H Mart may be far for some b/c this is in Arcadia, but worth it. The one in K-Town is bigger, but too far for me. Either way, both places are great!!
