My husband was diagnosed with sleep apnea. The office suggested Harmony Supply, so we made an appointment after speaking with them on the phone. Staff was very professional and accommodating to our schedule. My husband learned how to use the machine and hasn't had any issues with it. Today, I called to order a 3 month supply with auto ship and they were happy to help me with the process.

I wish there was way to even not put one star while this center and people are completely scam , started from receptionist who consider you’re their slave and answering your questions in very unprofessional and rude manner to formal manager who introduced himself Art , story start from place that I set up appointment 5 days prior to real date include weekend in order to pick up home sleeping test machine , I clearly explained to their coordinator that Monday is my only off day, fortunately on my way to their office to pick device I called to let them know in advanced that receptionist told me sorry we can’t serve you today and need to reschedule appointment to other day asked her may I talked to your manager after 5 min keeping me on hold , Art pick the phone and said sorry we don’t have any machine while previous patient doesn’t return it , but I will check and try to drop device at your address , also gone call and inform you after waiting for more that 5 hours called again for follow up and again she said sorry I don’t have any answer and Art is not here , so do everything you want , just wants to inform other people about this center , keep your eyes open

Art and Rick have mastered the art of combining professionalism and attention to detail with personalized, caring service. Having dealt with several CPAP suppliers over 15 years, I haven't encountered anyone with the expertise, advice, and great customer service provided by Harmony Healthcare.

Beware!!! Dire straits of an item to function your system! We called to inquire of an item. Employee was responsive and said it was in stock. Relayed we are on our way by closing of 5pm. We arrived at 4:45pm and they were closed, shut down and gone.

Sleepless nights suck, especially, when it impacts your health. At the urgency of my Endocrinologist, I finally made an appointment to see a Pulmonologist a few months ago. After conducting a two-night sleep study at home, he concluded that I do not have sleep apnea (thank goodness). However, due to my other two chronic illnesses (and some mild snoring), I do qualify for a CPAP machine. Fast forward to now, using a CPAP machine (for the first time ever in my life) has definitely improved the quality of my health and sleep (continuous test results at my Endocrinologist and Pulmonologist's shows it). Therefore, I wholeheartedly give my thanks and shout-outs to Harmony Healthcare for providing me my CPAP machine, supplies, and wonderful service and assistance from Rick Gabrielyan. Harmony Healthcare is located right next to Déjà Vu Med Spa & Salon and adjacent to Claro's Italian Market on Huntington Drive in Arcadia. Parking: Free street parking in front (watch for signs). COVID-19 Safety Procedures: All staffers wore masks; hand sanitizers are available and social distancing enforced. The office is clean and well-ventilated. Due to the pandemic, replenishments of your CPAP supplies are shipped directly to your house, and invoices are processed through an online account that you will setup with them. Both processes are very quick and efficient. Should you have any questions or inquiries, you can always give them call. My CPAP machine is very user-friendly, easy to clean and maintain. My supplies get replenished every three months (nasal pillows, headgear/hoses, filter pads, etc.). The only part I have to get on my own is the distilled water for the filtration portion. Rick assisted me the first time with my CPAP machine - everything from invoice setup, how to clean, care and maintain it. He also answered any inquiries that I had. In addition, Rick had me tested out the nasal pillow, making sure I understand how to fit it properly as well as getting used to the air blowing through my nose (it was scary at first - kind of like that first feeling when the wind hits your face on a rollercoaster. However, after two weeks (of sleeping with it on), I got adjusted to it, and now, it's part of nightly routine). Best of all, I like how compact the CPAP machine is. It does not take up too much space on my nightstand. It even comes with a traveling case that I can take along on my vacations, if I wish. I will say though, the only tedious part at times is cleaning it, but everyday care and maintenance goes a long way with taking care of my health and sleep, especially, now with the pandemic, do not take your breathing for granted! Overall, my CPAP machine has done wonders for my health and sleep. Thank again to Harmony Healthcare Supply for providing my CPAP machine and supplies, quickly and efficient! I highly recommend them for all your CPAP medical needs.

Have been using Harmony Healthcare to supply my CPAP supply needs for a few years now. Rick has always been wonderful. He has always worked well with my insurance company to make sure that all my needs are met. He has always been attentive over the years has given me solid advice regarding the use of my machine. I'm glad to have him on my side.

I was referred to Harmony healthcare by my physician. This was my first experience with treating breathing issues while asleep but Sam and Rick have made the whole process easy for me. Sam spent a good amount of time explaining everything to me, demonstrating the appropriate way to use my mask & apap(cpap) machine & answering all of my questions. Both Rick & Sam worked directly with my physician and I to determine the best treatment & equipment and were very patient with the trial & error of finding the right mask for me over the first couple of months. They also handled everything with my insurance and have done a great job with follow up & making sure I have the necessary replacement filters, hoses, masks etc over the past year. I highly recommend Harmony Healthcare!
