if I could rate no star, I would this is the worst location to work at
H&M in general as a company is the worst to work at They do not care about their employees
Mayra is the worst store manager ever. I don't even know how she got hired to be a store manager. She is incompetent.
On top of working with a manager, who doesn't know how to do anything other than complain there's no coverage Lil to no hours and they expect us to do the most like no wonder customers don't wanna shop there because they can clearly sense and see that the employees are tired and they can't help them because they have to do five other things

The young lady with chin length hair wasn't friendly. Her energy said it all. I'm a black woman and I love everyone but this mall is not friendly as nice as the stores are. It's 2024 people. Let the hate go!!!!

Everything was very clean and very tidy here. Employees were nice, understandably as nice as they could be with how rabid the customers were. I was able to buy some nice pants for my son for a dollar. Will definitely be coming back here.

This was a neatly organized H&M store. Staff was friendly when my Nordstrom Rack friend and I showed up here on a browsing trip. We were just stopping by all these stores to take a looksie and find what sales were taking place. Next time H&M here has better deals, I'll return for some work outfits again. But this was a fun browsing trip with my coworker. Awesome job for keeping the store extremely organized, neat and easy to shop.

Always love visiting H&M in different malls and different places of the world, and this one was no exception. It was good to walk through and peruse the clothing and other products. It was clean and orderly.

I love it here ! I got help from a worker named Melissa and she was an absolute joy, the people there are all nice and welcoming. I 100% recommend, I got some stuff for me and my grandchildren.

Too sad they don't have kids ages 10 and above. Moreover, the clothes are always packed so tight together. If you want to grab your size, you need to remove all other sizes that are doubled and tripled. This isn't fun when shopping!

The store is open now, I am not really sure what they remodeled because it looks the same. I thought it was closed for remodeling, but not sure now. It is usually busy at this location and somewhat messy. The last time I was here, the service was not that great. I was the only one in line and no one behind me. I asked the young lady if they could check if they had a top I needed in a different size online so I could do an exchange. She said she did not know and she was not able to check. This is the first time someone at a store tells me this. All the other stores I have dealt with issues like this have been able to check and order it for me online. It seemed like she did not want to go through the hassle to check for me. In the end, I just returned my top, even though I really liked and wanted it. I checked online once I left and it was more expensive online. Plus, had to pay for shipping. Money is not the issue in this situation, but the fact that they make it harder for customers when they can help them out by ordering a different size for you as an exchange and not a new purchase, etc. I do like shopping at H&M because some of their clothes are nice, but if they can not help when you ask for assistance, I don't know how I feel about it.

You JUST opened upstairs with your new women's clothing line. Today, the employee that I purchased an item from was SO blasé and brash. She couldn't even make eye contact with me and say, "thank you"! You improved your clothing line but not your customer service. So, unfortunate. Get it together H & M!

We walked into this H&M store in the Arcadia Mall yesterday with My younger Son Michael, his Aunt Jovie, and His , Mother, (My Lady) Victoria. Although we saw a lot more items of interest, and better deals last time
Last time they had Coke.a.Cola. t-shirts that looked cool and reasonable. This time they had some nice solid colored t-shirts? They were nice,. but non-the-less we enjoyed our visit, shopping, and lunch at the Arcadia Mall on Saturday, March 4, 2023.
