My family has been using italk bb for ten years. The service is very good. If the remote control is broken, you can replace it for free. The monitoring is also good. The equipment does not cost anything and the service fee is only a few dollars a month. It is very cost-effective. I like this store very much.

The network chip I bought for my home country didn't work at all, and there was no signal at all. When I bought it, it boasted that it was good. No activation was required. It could be used after disconnecting the phone and putting it in the phone. It is really a scam company. Do not buy their products. If you do, you will be taken advantage of.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered. I have not used their service for eight years and yet they kept charging me. When questioned they acted like it was all your fault. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent further mischarge.

I had a really good experience with iTalkBB. My parents came to visit me last year and I ordered a Chinese TV box for them in case they are bored at home. Easy to install. Easy to use. Nice service.

All they want is to trick you into sign up for whatever you are were inquiring, they don't explain clearly what you are getting into and once you sign up than when you call them it's always customer no service and always refer you to call the 800 number.

my parents want chinese TV when they are here on vacation, and they told me that they heard a company called italkbb has chinese TV. i thought it might be the same thing as direct TV but it is not. it is cheaper and has more choices. i expected it would cost me maybe $30 per month, but actually it only cost me $9 per month. I'm so happy that my parents can have it when they are here with me.

I had service last week with Bobo, she's super helpful. This week she followed up with me about the camera I opened which worked perfect! I highly recommend this company and considering open a phone line with them as well.

I joined I TALK BB in 2007 so I a an long time customer. I like your original program because my relatives can call from China even though I paid for the services here in USA without extra fee. The Plan is called 950 connected to my Home phone Land Line only for annual fee of $ 299. But since WE CHAT was very popular and I have been using it to communicate with my friends and relatives in China, I did not used this service but put it as an emergency service when needed. Due to ITBBs reputation and their constant calling and emaling me to ask how is the service and to tell me about promotions, I did not change company since 2007. Recently , my relatives tried to call me using ITBB lane line, it did not go through. They informed me only through WE CHAT. I cannot believed my most trusted ITBB 950 long distance service has been disconnected by ITalk BB for over 6 years ago since 2004 without asking the Permission of me the Customer but Continued to charged the same amount of $ 299 a year Totaling $ 1800 for 6 years. The Land Line Home phone should only be charged $ 5 per month or $ 60 per year in your programs. So I should have paid only $ 360 Total for the last 6 years. This is a serious violation of Customers rights and dishonesty. The manager on the phone I talked to, Ms Xie, told me No matter who I talked to will give me the same answer when I requested to talk to higher management after she was not able to help me too much . She only later agreed to give me 3 months of Free discounts at the end of the next 2 years Totaling only $ 149.50. This is so obviously unreasonable compensation of possible fraud treatment of customer. Are you treating Chinese customers like this as a Chinese company....? Are you proud of your business methods ? Are you being fair ? How would your higher level of management treat your long time customers like me ?

iTalkBB LIES and ABUSES CHINESE Inability to speak ENGLISH. Offers 1 month internet service (month to month) without a service contract. But it is ALWAYS a 1 YEAR CONTRACT! My Chinese friends experienced too many lies! You can get out of the contract if you explain your moving to China where the service is not provided. You will not be charged a cancellation charge. DO NOT LISTEN to the LYING REPRESENTATIVE who just wants to get paid

dishonest and very rude and under educated staffs, we have signed up for spectrum interenet and was given false advertisement. They will do whatever to get your business and problem arise, they told us there is nothing they could do and its our fault that we didnt read our contract. Listen to a previous customer like us, DO NOT do business with them. you will regret it. I wish there is no star on yelp so i could rate that instead of one star
