I went to JC penney and there have a great selection of clothing on sale's. I was there on Mother's day. The staff associate "JULIA" alway's nice friendly, patient, helpful to customers by providing great service and very knowledgeable in the department.

Only one dressing room on the whole floor. And their sales people just didn't give a dang. I'm trying to shop locally to maintain our brick and mortar stores, but it's damn near impossible with what they're offering.

Desperately needs more employees. Here on a Sunday and every dressing room but one was closed. The line for the open room was very long. There were only a few rooms and they were all very messy with clothes and hangers. It doesn’t seem like there was an attendant around either.

Clean, well played out, and as always the best prices in the fashion game while still maintaining excellent quality. I really appreciate the fragrance testers in the cosmetics section, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

I got my wedding band here and was helped by Christina. What an amazing experience! I didn't feel pressured and like I could take my time finding what I wanted. I've never had such a positive experience shopping for jewelry. The price was amazing too. 70% off!!!! Thank you so much!

My dad had a fall here and they want to be really stingy and not pay for the accident. Not even the ambulance required. Pretty disappointed in the company.

So i brought my elderly mom bra shopping.. the help is great BUT when you're in a walker and you can't move well to get to the bathroom or the changing room is crazy.. they have changing rooms in almost every section but they're closed because of the "pandemic" Im sorry the pandemic is over! She had to walk from one end of the store to go to the bathroom and then back to the other side to try on her bras.. it was simply ridiculous for the elderly to walk across the store .. do better JCPenneys!

I did not like. When you pay $100 dollars with a bill. A pants. THE CASHIER held it up to see if it was fake. I stain it. And he called three more employees. And all of them looking at the ticket. The next day I wanted to talk to the manager and the assistant didn't want to talk to me. The $100 dollars is original. But because of my tattoo and race. I was discriminated against for being Latino.

Why....are they rated 2.5 stars is beyond me???? I don't normally shop here because I've been a huge fan of Nordstrom but just May switch over because I got such great positive vibes when I visited them on Valentine's Day/2024. Staff here on the 1st floor were super friendly and nice guiding me to find Women's restroom. I will have to stop by shopping here some time. Wow. All their Cosmetic displays are very organized and neatly placed. I was in a rush so didn't browse a long time here. Thank you for providing me the super friendly service when I was just a passer-by but will have to take a deeper look into what their current sales are soon. Any ways. They should be getting more business traffic though....perhaps adding a DJ on the weekends too May help?
