placed glasses order in-store. didn't receive email confirmation or instructions on how to check order status online. tried calling phone number on receipt; no answer, went to voicemail. Tried calling phone number listed on Google Maps, went through phone tree, got automatically hung up on twice. Will likely need to drive in to physically ask the workers for order updates...

Came in while it was very busy and Chris was super helpful, nice, and attentive with what we needed for my wife's glasses. Also, when my wife had specific questions he was able to answer them very knowledgeable.

My son and I recently went to Jins to get out our glasses. We had a great experience with Amanda. She was patient, personable, and professional. We got our glasses in less than 30 minutes. Amanda was so sweet she even gave my son candy when we picked up our glasses. I highly recommend Jins.

I discovered this store after getting a new prescription and I found a pair of glasses that double as sunglasses that I absolutely love. They are great for outdoors and driving in bright environs, but then when I go inside I can just take off the sunglass part which is just magnetic and the glasses are just normal reading/everyday glasses. I was helped by Mike who was so patient with helping me pick out my and also my family's frames and then he made the glasses while we shopped in the mall and we all went home with new eyewear the same day. What a fantastic place. Thanks again Mike and JINS!

Another visit to Jins and again... Mike helped me find just the right pair of frames and lenses. Dude has got a knack for choosing good frames I must say! Top notch and they made my new specs in a half hour. Best shop & service!!!

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from Jins in Arcadia, expecting quality and durability. However, just two weeks later, the glasses snapped in half while I was gently cleaning them with a cloth. This was surprising and disheartening, especially considering the glasses are covered under a one-year warranty.Seeking a solution, I returned to the store only to be met with a dismissive attitude from an employee named Mathew. He insinuated that the breakage was not due to product quality but suggested, rather offensively, that I might have broken them on purpose. This response was not only unprofessional but also disregarded the possibility of a genuine product fault.I am deeply disappointed by both the quality of the glasses and the level of customer service provided. I am reaching out through this review to highlight my experience and to urge Jins to address this issue responsibly. I believe a fair and customer-focused approach would involve acknowledging the potential for product defects and honoring the warranty by offering a repair or replacement. Such a response would not only resolve my immediate issue but also restore my faith in Jins’ commitment to customer satisfaction and product reliability.

As a first time glasses wearer, I was super excited about getting a stylish pair of glasses from JINS. I had recently gotten my prescription from my optometrist and had specifically made the drive to this location despite not living close to this storefront. Upon arrival, the selection was impressive and it was enjoyable trying on all the different frames. After some time, I picked the right one for me. Up until then my experience was fine but as soon as it came down to interacting with the staff, it was a total mood killer. The guy that rung up the sale for me had a major attitude problem and was no help. He did not provide any information or customer service, and was dismissive from start to finish. I returned the next day because I had unanswered questions and was debating on either getting an additional pair or exchange. This time the store was basically empty and while the staff member was a different guy; he had acted like it was a major inconvenience to do his job. The manner in which he spoke was also condescending. Overall the glasses weren't worth such an uncomfortable experience and I would rather shop elsewhere because of that.
