Save your money, don't shop at this K-pop store. Customers don't matter to them, they don't care how poor the products they sell are and no intention to support or help the customer. Purchased a pop socket for my wife - placed it on the phone - first attempted use it broke and was never able to be used. "We didn't make the product" the management said so a refund was not acceptable for something they sell for customers that bought from them and never got to use. I've spent plenty here at this store, this issue will hard stop all price gases here; spend the extra 5 minute drive to another store, it's well worth it. Notifications have made within the trading community as well regarding their stance.

Broken mouse, it came with a battery inside a BT21 wireless mouse and the battery was corroded into it. The battery was so difficult to take out but once it was it out all the white power of battery acid just came out of it. Don’t leave batteries in products! Hand them on the side.

This store is really not worth the time. Barely any albums and they do not keep up to date with recent ones or comebacks. The merch is way overpriced compared to other stores and very limited. The employee did not even know when new albums were coming in and said the managers just bring them in whenever they feel like. I will not be going back and I highly suggest just buying stuff online or going to another store.

before i came to this store i was lost. i didn’t know where to go with my life. everything changed once i stepped foot into k+pop. the owner greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile and i instantly felt all of my outside problems just melt away. i’ll definitely be coming back, i haven’t stopped smiling since i left the store. thank you, k+pop, for giving me life once more.

For anything KPop, i think this is the place to go. They have all sorts of stuff from posters to pins specially of the famous boy band BTS. Lots of cute collectibles.

The K-Pop store needs to diversify from BTS products to other K-Pop artists to stay relevant. Only so much BTS products one may purchase, especially if a real K-Pop fan.
